Abstract
본 발명은 필수적으로 유기 용매를 함유하지 않고, 인화점이 70℃ 이상이며, 특히 물로 희석된 상태에서의 가수분해로 인해 알콜이 유리되지 않는 수계 유리 폴리실록산 함유 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르는 유기 폴리실록산 함유 조성물은 수불용성 유기 트리알콕시실란 M몰과 수용성 아미노알킬 알콕시실란 Q몰을 M/Q가 0보다 크고 2 이하인 몰 비로 혼합하고, 몰은 당해 혼합물에 가한 다음, 반응 혼합물의 pH를 1 내지 8로 조절하고, 이어서 이미 존재하고/하거나 반응 도중에 생성되는 알콜을 제거함으로써 수득할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르는 유기 폴리실록산 함유 조성물의 제조방법 및 이의 용도에 대해서도 또한 기술되어 있다.

Claims (17)
- 필수적으로 유기 용매를 함유하지 않고, 인화점이 70℃이상이며, 필수적으로 물로 희석된 상태에서의 가수분해로 인해 알콜이 유리되지 않는 수제 유기 폴리실록산 함유 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 수용성 아미노알킬알콜시 실란 Q몰과 일반식(II)의 수불용성 알킬알콕시실란 M몰을 M/Q가 0보다 크고 2 이하인 몰 비로 혼합하고, 물을 당해 혼합물에 가한 다음, 반응 혼합물의 pH를 1 내지 8로 조절하고, 이어서 이미 존재하고/하거나 반응 도중에 생성되는 알콜을 제거함으로써 수득할 수 있는 유기 폴리실록산 함유 조성물.R-Si(R1)y(OR1*)3-y(I)R2-Si(R1**)3(II)상기 식에서, R은 일반식[Z(f+c·f*)](f+c·f*)-[AdNH(2+f-d)-[(CH2)a-NA1 eH(1-e+f*)-]c(CH2)b-](f+c·f*)+(III)의 아미노 작용성 유기 그룹[여기서, a 및 b는 각각 1 내지 6이고, c는 0 내지 6이며, d는 0 내지 2이고, e, f 및 f*은 각각 0 내지 1이며, A 및 A1은 벤질 또는 비닐벤질 라디칼이고, N은 질소원자이며, 또는 Z는1가의 무기산 또는 유기산 라디칼을 나타낸다]이고, R1, R1*및 R1**는 메틸 또는 에틸 라디칼이며, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 직쇄, 사이클릭 또는 측쇄 알킬 라디칼 또는 일반식 NH2-CO-NH-(CH2)b-(IV)의 우레이도-알킬 그룹[여기서, b는 1 내지 6이다]이고, y는 0 내지 1이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, pH가 1 내지 8임을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리실록산 함유 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1염기성 무기산 및/또는 유기산 및/또는 이들의 2차 생성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리실록산 함유 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알콜 함량이 5중량% 미만임을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산 함유 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 현탁액을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리실록산 함유 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식 (I)의 수용성 아미노알킬알록시실란 Q몰과 일반식(II)의 수불용성 알킬알콕시실란 M몰을 M/Q가 0보다 크고 2 이하인 몰 비로 혼합하고, 물을 당해 혼합물에 가한 다음, 반응 혼합물의 pH를 1 내지 8로 조절하고, 이어서 이미 존재하고/하거나 반응 도중에 생성되는 알콜을 제거함을 특징으로 하는, 유기 폴리실록산 함유 조성물의 제조방법.R-Si(R1)y(OR1*)3-y(I)R2-Si(R1**)3(II)상기 식에서, R은 일반식[Z(f+c·f*)](f+c·f*)-[AdNH(2+f-d)-[(CH2)a-NA1 eH(1-e+f*)-]c(CH2)b-](f+c·f*)+(III)의 아미노 작용성 유기 그룹[여기서, a 및 b는 각각 1 내지 6이고, c는 0 내지 6이며, d는 0 내지 2이고, e, f 및 f*은 각각 0 내지 1이며, A 및 A1은 벤질 또는 비닐벤질 라디칼이고, N은 질소원자이며, Z는 1가의 무기산 또는 유기산 라디칼을 나타낸다]이고, R1, R1*및 R1**는 메틸 또는 에틸 라디칼이며, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 직쇄, 사이클릭 또는 측쇄 알킬 라디칼 또는 일반식 NH2-CO-NH-(CH2)b-(IV)의 우레이도-알킬 그룹[여기서, b는 1 내지 6이다]이고, y는 0 내지 1이다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 사용되는 일반식(I)의 아미노알킬알콕시 실란과 일반식(II)의 알킬알콕시실란 1몰당 0.5 내지 30몰의 물이 반응 혼합물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 1염기성 산이 반응 혼합물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 0℃ 내지 100℃의 온도 범위에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이미 존재하고/하거나 반응 도중에 생성되는 알콜이 반응 매질로부터 제거되는 비율로 물이 동시에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증류에 의한 알콜의 제거가 감압하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증류에 의한 알콜의 제거가, 컬럼의 상부 온도가 물의 비점에 상응하는 온도에 도달할 때까지 계속됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증류에 의해 알콜을 제거하기 전 및/또는 제거하는 동안 탈포제를 가하여 발포를 감소시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 폴리실록산 함유 조성물 중의 알콜 잔여량이 5중량% 미만으로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증류에 의해 알콜을 제거한 후, 생성물이 침전 및/또는 여과에 의해 후정제됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 표면을 소수성화하고, 무기 건촉 자재를 소수성화하며, 건축물 및 건축물의 외관을 보호하고, 유리 섬유를 피복시키며, 충전제를 실란화하고, 중합체 분산액과 에멀젼의 레올로지 특성(rheological property)을 개선 시키며, 직물, 피혁, 셀룰로오즈 및 녹말 제품을 소수성화하기 위해, 접착 증진제, 이형제, 가교결합제 및, 페인트 및 니스장 첨가제로서 사용하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 수계 유기 폴리실록산 함유 조성물의 용도.※ 참고사항 :최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
