Abstract

본 발명은 작업시 축방향으로 회전하면서 이동되는 가공 공구(3)를 구동시키기 위한 구동 유니트(2)가 하우징(1) 내에 배치된 취성 및/또는 연성대상물의 절제 가공용 수작업 장치에 관한 것이다. 부가적으로, 하우징(1) 내에는 초음파 진동 생성용 전기 음향 변환기(4) 및 진동 증폭기(5)가 배치되며, 이들에 의해 장치의 작업시 가공 공구(3)의 회전이 초음파 진동과 중첩될 수 있다.

Claims (25)

  1. 하우징(1) 내에 배치된 구동 유니트(2) 및 이 구동 유니트(2)에 의해 종축둘레로 회전될 수 있는 가공 공구(3)를 구비한 취성 및/또는 연성 대상물의 절제 가공용 수작업 장치에 있어서, 하우징(1) 내에 초음파 진동 생성용 전기 음향 변환기(4) 및 진동 증폭기(5)가 배치되며, 이들에 의해 가공 공구(3)의 회전이 초음파 진동과 중첩될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 취성 및/또는 연성 대상물의 절제 가공용 수작업 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 초음파 진동은 다음 조건을 만족하는 주파수 및 진폭을 가지며, 0.5·V<W·2·a<5·V 여기에서, w는 각 주파수를, a는 초음파 진동의 진폭을, V는 절제할 재료 중의 가공 공구(3)의 절단 속도를 m/s로 각각 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 음향 변환기(4)는 약 100W 내지 1000w, 적합하게는 200W 내지 500W의 초음파 출력을 내는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 음향 변환기(4)는 자기 왜곡 변환기 또는 압전기 변환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)는 대략 생성된 초음파 진동의 파절의 영역에 배치되는 공구수납부(6)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 음향 변환기(4) 및 진동 증폭기(5)의 개별 부품의 정합부는 생성된 초음파 진동의 파절의 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)의 축방향 길이(1)는 가공할 재료와 접촉하는 영역에 생성된 초음파 진동의 파복부(波腹部)가 접하도록 그 크기가 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)용 재료는 초음파 진동에 대한 감쇠가 작은 성질을 가지며, 적합하게는 경화된 탄소강 또는 알루미늄 합금 또는 티탄 합금으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 진동 증폭기(5)는 하우징(1) 내에 회전 가능하게 지지되고 구동 유니트(2)에 의해 그 종촉 둘레로 회전될 수 있으며, 공구 수납부(6)는 진동 중폭기(5)에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 음향 변환기(4)는 가공 공수(3)에 접속될 수 있는 약 10 내지 40cm의 파장 λ의 초음파 종진동(L) 생성용으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)는 그 전방 단부에 절단체(11)를 장착하고 길이가 nλ/2(n=1, 2, 3…)인 관형 또는 막대형 공구인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 절단 방향(S)으로 보았을 때, 각각의 절단체(11) 앞쪽에 절결부(12)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)는 공구(3)의 전방 단부에서 비대칭적인 돌출 거리로 배치되는 절단체(11)를 구비한 관형 공구인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)는 일정한 외경(d)을 가지고 그 둘레 및 외측 측부 가장자리 영역에 절단체(11)를 구비하고 그 축방향 연장이 nλ/2(n=1, 2, 3…)이고 그 중앙부에 정해진 직경(b)의 축방향 구멍(13)을 구비하는 원판형 공구이며, 이 공구(3)는 공구(3)의 외경(d)과 축방향 구멍(13)의 내경(b)의 합의 절반으로 규정되고 다음의 식에 따라 원판형 공구(3)의 반경 방향의 공진 주파수에 맞춰 조절되는 중앙부 직경을 가지며, fr= CL/D여기에서, fr은 반경 방향이 공진 주파수를, CL은 공구(3) 중의 종방향이 음속을, DM은 원판형 공구(3)의 중앙부 직경을 각각 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)는 그 둘레 및 외측부 가장자리 영역에 절단체(11)를 구비하고 축방향 연장이 nλ/2(n=1, 2, 3…)이고 그 외경(d)이 초음파 종진동(L)에 의해 공구(3) 상에 유도되는 만곡파의 반파장의 정수배로 되는 원판형 공구인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)는 그 외측 케이싱이 절단체(11)를 구비하고 그 축방향 길이(1)가 초음파 진동(L)의 반 파장의 정수배로 되는 핑거형 연삭 공구(14, 15)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)는 그 가공할 재료와의 접촉 영역에 절단체(11)가 장착되고 그 축방향 연장이 nλ/2(n=1, 2, 3…)이고 그 직경(d)이 초음파 종진동(L)에 의해 공구(3)에 여기되는 만곡 진동의 반파장의 정수배로 되는 단지형 또는 평판형 원판 형태의 연삭 공구인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)는 그 둘레에 절단체(11)를 가진 축방향 연삭면(19)이 배치되고 그 축방향 연장이 nλ/2(n=1, 2, 3…)이고 그 중앙부에 정해진 직경(b)의 축방향 구멍(13)를 구비하는 롤러형 공구이며, 이 공구는 공구의 외경(d)과 축방향 구멍(13)의 내경(b)의 합의 절반으로 규정되고 다음의 식에 따라 롤러형 공구(3)의 반경 방향의 공진 주파수에 맞춰 조절되는 중앙부 직경을 가지며, fr= CL/D, 여기에서, fr은 반경 방향의 공진 주파수를, CL은 공구 중의 종방향의 음속을, DM은 롤러형 공구(3)의 중앙부 직경을 각각 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  19. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 음향 변환기(4)는 가공 공구(3)와 접속될 수 있는 약 10 내지 40cm의 파장 λ의 비틀림 진동(T) 생성용으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)는 전방 단부에 절단체(11)를 장착한 길이 nλ/2(n=1, 2, 3…)의 막대형 또는 관형 공구인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 절단 방향(S)로 보았을 때, 각각의 절단체(11) 뒤쪽에 절결부(12)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  22. 제19항에 있어서, 가공 공구(3)는 그 둘레 및 외측부 가장자리 영역에 절단체(11)를 구비하고 그 축방향 연장이 nλ/2(n=1, 2, 3…)인 원판형 공구인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 원판의 직경은 원판을 지지하는 축의 직경의 4배까지 될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  24. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 진동 중폭기(5)는 반경 방향의 진공 흡입 채널(21)과 연통하는 축방향 구멍(20)을 구비하며, 진공 흡입 채널(21)의 입구(22)는 대략 작업시 생성된 초음파 진동의 파절의 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  25. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 길이가 nλ/2(n=1, 2, 3…), 특히 λ/2이고 반경 방향의 진공 흡인 채널과 연통하는 축방향 구멍을 구비하는 진공 흡인 모듈이 진동 중폭기(5) 전방에 설치되며, 진공 흡인 채널의 입구는 대략 작업시 생성된 초음파 진동의 파절의 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
