Abstract

습기제어장치는, 간막이벽에 의해서 여러개의 방으로 구분되고, 방에는 제습구가, 다른 방에는 가습구가 마련된 본체와, 각 방에 그의 일부가 위치하도록 방 내에 회전이 자유롭게 설치된 흡수 로터와, 흡수로터에 의하여 흡착한 수분을 증발시키기 위하여 흡습로터의 근방에서 방중의 한쪽 방에 위치하는 히터를 포함하여 구성된다. 공기로부터 습기를 흡수하는 흡습 로터의 일부는 물의 무게에 의하여 아래쪽으로 회전하고, 흡습 호터의 일부는 히터에 의하여 가열되어 그로부터 습기가 증발하여 가볍게 되므로 위쪽으로 회전하도록 되어 있다. 결과적으로, 흡습로터는 구도원이 없이도 회전할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 습기제어장치는 구조가 간단하고 소규모로 될 수 있으며, 배관작업이 필요없이 저렴하게 설치가능하다.
다른 습기제어장치는, 본체와, 이 본체의 표면상에 마련된 팬과, 본체내에 회전가능하게 마련된 흡습 로터와, 본체내에 마련된 감지식 열교환기와, 감지식 열교환기내에 마련된 제1 및 제2의 통로 및 본체내에 마련된 히터를 포함하여 구성되며, 팬에 의해서 본체 내에 흡입한 제습해야할 공기의 일부를, 본체 내에 회전이 자유롭게 설치된 흡습로터로 보내고 흡습 로터에 의해서 제습후 본체 바깥으로 배출함과 동시에, 흡입공기의 나머지는, 본체 내에 설치된 감지식 열교환기의 제1의 통로로부터 히타를 거쳐서 상기 흡습 로터로 보냄으로써 흡습로터를 재생시키고, 흡습 로터의 재생에 의해서 고습이 된 공기를 상기 열교환기의 제2의 통로로 보냄으로써 열교환기에 결로로 발생시키고, 이 결로수를 회수하도록 한 것이다.
이 습기제어장치는 방, 화장실, 옷장, 목욕탕 또는 셋집내에 용이하게 설치될 수 있으며, 배관작업이 필요없다.

Claims (5)

  1. 간막이벽(1a)에 의해서 여러개의 방(11,12)으로 구분되고, 방(11)에는 제습구(4)가, 방(12)에는 가습구(5)가 마련된 본체(1)와 ; 각 방(11,12)에 그의 일부가 위치하도록 방(11,12)내에 회전이 자유롭게 설치된 흡습 로터(2)와 ; 흡습 로터(2)에 의하여 흡착한 수분을 증발시키기 위하여 흡습 로터(2)의 근방에서 방(11,12)중의 한쪽 방(12)에 위치하는 히터(6)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 습기 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흡습 로터(2)로 가습될 공기(9) 및 제습될 공기(7)를 공급하기 위하여 본체(1)에 마련되는 팬(11 및 12)을 더욱 포함하여 구성되는 습기 제어장치.
  3. 본체(21)와 ; 이 본체(21)의 표면상에 마련된 팬(23)과 ; 본체(21)내에 회전가능하게 마련된 흡습 로터(24)와 ; 본체내에 마련된 감지식 열교환기(25)와 ; 감지식 열교환기(25) 내에 마련된 제1 및 제2의 통로(25a 및 25b) 및 ; 본체(21)내에 마련된 히터(28)를 포함하여 구성되며, 팬(23)에 의해서 본체 내에 흡입한 제습해야할 공기의 일부를, 본체내에 회전이 자유롭게 설치된 흡습 로터(24)로 보내고 흡습 로터(24)에 의해서 제습후 본체(21) 바깥으로 배출함과 동시에, 흡입공기의 나머지는, 본체 내에 설치된 감지식 열교환기(25)의 제1의 통로(25a)로부터 히터(28)를 거쳐서 상기 흡습 로터(24)로 보냄으로써 흡습 로터를 재생시키고 ; 흡습 로터(24)의 재생에 의해서 고습이 된 공기를 상기 열교환기(25)의 제2의 통로(25b)로 보냄으로써 열교환기(25)에 결로를 발생시키고, 이 결로수를 회수하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 습기 제어장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 흡습 로터(24)는 그에 의하여 흡착된 증기의 무게에 의하여 회전된 습기 제어장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 흡습 로터(24)는 동력전달수단 또는 별도로 마련된 구동원에 접속된 팬에 의하여 회전하는 습기 제어장치.
