1.청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 잉크제트프린터용 인자헤드의구조 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
2.발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 발명은 바이모르프형 압전부재의 고밀및 고정밀도의부착이 가능한 인자헤드으 제조방을 제공하는데있다.
3.발명의 해결방법의 요지
잉크제트 장치가, 잉크가 분출되는 잉크노즐과, 잉크노즐과 연통되고 유연한 판으로 형성된 전동판(3), (3')을 갖는 가압실(202)과 가압실(202)로 부터 잉크노즐을 통해 잉크를 분출시키기 우해 진동판(3) (3')을 면형시키는 진동판(3) ,(3')의 외측에 접착된 압전부재(4)와 상기한 압전부내(4)는 티탄층과 , 티탄층의 상부표면에 화학적으로 결합되고 제1의 방향으로 극성을 갖는 상부 PZT(41)층과 제 1의 방향과 반대방향의 제2의 방향으로 극성을 갖는 티탄층의 하부표면에 화학적으로 결합된 하부PET(42)로 구성되어 있는걸을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트프린터용 인자헤드

본발명은 잉크제트프린터용 인자헤드에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 잉크제트 장치가 잉크가 분출되는 잉크노즐과 잉크노즐과 연통되고 유연한 판으로 형성된 진동판(3) (3')을 갖ㅈ는 가압실(202)과 가압실(202)로 부터잉크노즐을 통해 잉크를 분출시키기 휘애 진동판(3) (3')을 변형시키는 진동판(3) (3')의 외축에 접착된 압전부재(4)와 상기한 압전부재(4)는 티탄층과 티탄층의 상부표면에 화학적으로 결합도고 제1의 방향으로 극성을 갖는 상부PZT(41)층과 제1의 방향과 반대방향의 제2의 방향으로 극성을 갖는 티틴층의 하부표면에 화학적으로 결합된 하부PZT(42)로 구성 되어있는 것을 특징으로하는 잉크제트프린터용 인자헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상부 및 하부PZT(41)(42)층이 수열합성법에 의해 타탄층의 상부 및 하부 표면에 PZT(41)(42)의 결정을 석출시켜서 형성된것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트프린터용 인자헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 잉크제트장치를 구비하고, 압전부재(4)의 복수의 각각의 티탄층이 상호 일체로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트프린터용 인자헤드.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 티탄층이 빗살을 갖는 빛의 형상으로 단일 티탄판으로 한정되고 단일 티탄만의 빛살은 각각 티탄층에 대응하는 것을 특징으로하는 잉크제트프린터용 인자헤드.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 단일 티탄판이 빛살을 갖는 빛의 형상으로 소점의 간격을 두고 나랑히 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트프린터용 인자해드.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 빗의 형상을 한 단일 티탄판이 연결부재(52)와 연결부재(52)의 일축으로 부터 뻗어나온빛살의 제1의 그룹과 연결부재(52)의 길이방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 배치된 빛살의 제1의 그룹과, 연결부재(52) 다른축으로 부터뻗어나온 빛살의 제2의 그룹과 연결부재(52)의 길이방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고배치된 빛살의 제2그룹과 빛살의 제1의 그룹으로 부터 소점거리 이동한 빛살의 제2의 그룹과를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 잉크제트프린터용 인자헤드.
  7. 수열합성법으로 티탄층의 상부표면과 하부표면에 각각 반대방향으로 상부PZ(41)층과 하부PZT(42)층을 석출시키는 공정과 바이모르프형 압전부재(4)를 제조하기 위해 상부와 하부위 PZT(41),(42)층의 각각의 외부표면에 구동전극을 형성하는 공정과 기판(2)에 형성된 가압실(202)에 대응하는 위치에 기판(2)상에 부착된 진동판(3),(3')상에 바이모르프형 압전부재(4)를 접착시키는 공정으로 구성되어 있는것을 특징으로하는 인자헤드의 제조방법.
