Description
Claims (18)
- (a) Ba, Sr 및 Ca로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 원소, (b) Eu, (c) Mg 및/또는 Zn, (d) 임의적인 Mn 및 (e) Al을 포함하며, CuKα1의 X-선 입사에 대한 분말 X-선 회절 패턴에서, 밀러 지수 110에서의 회절 피크와는 독립하여 밀러 지수 008에서 피크를 나타내지 않는 결정질 무기 화합물을 포함하는 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정질 무기 화합물이 하기 식으로 나타내어지는 알루미네이트 형광 물질 :(M1 1-x, Eux)O·a(M2 1-y, Mny)O·(5.5-0.5a)Al2O3(식 중, M1은 Ba, Sr 및 Ca로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 원소이며, M2는 Mg 및/또는 Zn이며, a는 0〈a≤2의 실수이며, x와 y는 각각 0〈a≤1, 0≤y〈1인 실수이다).
- 제2항에 있어서, x 및 y는 각각 0.1≤x≤0.5 및 0≤y≤0.2의 실수인 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, a가 1≤a≤2의 실수인 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 제3항에 있어서, x가 0.1≤x≤0.15인 경우, M1을 구성하는 원소들의 비가 0.2≤Sr/(Ba+Sr+Ca+Eu)〈1을 만족하는 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, y=0인 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 본질적으로 결정질 무기 화합물의 단일 상으로 구성되는 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, X-선 조사 시험에서 알루미네이트 형광 물질의 발광 강도-지속비가 92% 이상인 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 하기 식의 결정질 무기 화합물을 포함하는 알루미네이트 형광 물질 :(M1 1-x, Eux)O·a(M2 1-y, Mny)O·(5.5-0.5a)Al2O3(식 중, M1은 Ba, Sr 및 Ca로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 원소이며, M2는 Mg 및/또는 Zn이며, a, x 및 y는 각각 1≤a≤2, 0.1≤x≤0.5 및 0≤y≤0.2의 실수이며, 단 0.1≤x≤0.15인 경우, M1을 구성하는 원소들의 비는 0.2≤Sr/(Ba+Sr+Ca+Eu)〈1을 만족한다.
- (a) Ba, Sr 및 Ca로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 원소, (b) Eu, (c) In, (d) Mg 및/또는 Zn, (e) Al, 및 (d) 임의로 Mn을 포함하는 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 제10항에 있어서, 하기 식으로 나타내어지는 알루미네이트 형광 물질 :a'(M'1 1-x, Eux')O·b'(M'2 1-y, Mny')O·c'Al2O3·d'T(식 중, M'1은 Ba, Sr 및 Ca로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 원소이며, M'2는 Mg 및/또는 Zn이며, T는 1/2 In2O, InO 및 1/2 In2O3로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 인듐 화합물이며, a', b', c', d', x' 및 y'은 각각 0.9≤a'≤1, 0.9≤b'≤2, 4.5≤c'≤5.1, d'〉0, 0〈x'〈1 및 0≤y'〈1이다).
- 제11항에 있어서, x' 및 y'가 각각 0.05≤x'≤0.5 및 0≤y'≤0.2의 실수인 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 제11항에 있어서, d'이 0〈d'〈0.1의 실수인 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 제10항에 있어서, CuKα1의 X-선 입사에 대한 분말 X-선 회절 패턴에서, 밀러 지수 110에서의 회절 피크와 독립하여 밀러 지수 008에서 피크를 나타내지 않는 결정질 무기 화합물인 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- (a) Ba, Sr 및 Ca로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 원소, (b) Eu, (c) Sm, Tm 및 Yb로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 원소, (d) Mg 및/또는 Zn, (e) Al, 및 (f) 임의로는 Mn을 포함하는 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 제15항에 있어서, 하기 식으로 나타내어지는 알루미네이트 형광 물질 :(M"1 1-x'-y", Eux"Lny")O·a"(M"2 1-x, Mnx")O·b"Al2O3(식 중, M"1은 Ba, Sr 및 Ca로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 원소이며, M"2는 Mg 및/또는 Zn이며, Ln은 Sm, Tm 및 Yb로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 원소이며, a", b", x", y" 및 z"는 각각 1≤a"≤2, 4.5≤b"≤5, 0〈x"〈1, 0〈y"〈1 및 0≤z"≤1의 실수이며, 단 x"+y"〈1이다).
- 제16항에 있어서, x", y" 및 z"은 각각 0.05≤x"≤0.5, 0〈y"≤0.2의 실수인 알루미네이트 형광 물질.
- 제15항에 있어서, CuKα1의 X-선 입사에 대한 분말 X-선 회절 패턴에서, 밀러 지수 110에서의 회절 피크와 독립하여 밀러 지수 008에서 피크를 나타내지 않는 결정질 무기 화합물인 알루미네이트 형광 물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
