Abstract
발수 효과 및 물방울의 낙하성 개선 효과가 우수하고, 내구성도 우수하며, 피처리물 표면에 우수한 발포성 및 방오염성을 장기간에 걸쳐 부여하는 발수 처리제를 수득한다.
(1) 다음 일반식(I)로 표시되는 퍼플루오로알킬기 함유 유기 규소 화합물과, 다음 일반식(II)로 표시되는 가수 분해성기 함유 메틸폴리실록산 화합물과의 친수성 용매중에서의 공가수 분해물과, (2) 다음 일반식(III)으로 표시되는 오르가노폴리실록산 및 (3) 강산을 배합한다.
상기 식에서, R1은 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 1가 탄소수소기이고, R2는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알콕시기 또는 아실옥시기이며, Q는 탄소원자수 2 내지 10의 2가의 유기기이고, a는 0 또는 1이며, P는 1 내지 12의 정수이다. R3은 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 1가 탄화수소기이고, R4는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알콕시기 또는 아실옥시기이며, A는 메틸기 또는 -Z-Si(R3 b)R4 3-b(여기서 b는 0, 1 또는 2이다.)로 표시되는 기이고, Z는 산소원자 또는 탄소원자수 2 내지 10의 2가의 유기산이다. 또한, m은 3 내지 100의 정수이고, n은 0 내지 50의 정수이며, 또 5≤m+n≤100이고, n=0인 경우에는 양말단의 A의 적어도 어느 한쪽이 -Z-Si(R3 b)R4 3-b로 표시되는 기이다.
상기 식에서, R5는 동일하거나 상이한 탄소원자수 1 내지 20의 1가 탄화수소기이고, B는 동일하거나 상이한 히드록시기 또는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 1가 탄화수소기, 알콕시기 또는 아실옥시기이며, r은 1 내지 100의 정수이다.

Claims (1)
- (1) 다음 일반식(I)로 표시되는 퍼플루오로알킬기 함유 유기 규소 화합물과, 다음 일반식(II)로 표시되는 가수 분해성기 함유 메틸폴리실록산 화합물과의 친수성 용매중에서의 공가수 분해물; (2) 아래 일반식(III)으로 표시되는 오르가노폴리실록산; 및 (3) 강산을 배합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수 처리제.상기 식에서, R1은 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 1가 탄소수소기이고, R2는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알콕시기 또는 아실옥시기이며, Q는 탄소원자수 2 내지 10의 2가의 유기기이고, a는 0 또는 1이며, P는 1 내지 12의 정수이다. R3은 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 1가 탄화수소기이고, R4는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 알콕시기 또는 아실옥시기이며, A는 메틸기 또는 -Z-Si(R3 b)R4 3-b(여기서 b는 0, 1 또는 2이다.)로 표시되는 기이며, Z는 산소원자 또는 탄소원자수 2 내지 10의 2가의 유기산이고, m은 3 내지 100의 정수이고, n은 0 내지 50의 정수이며, 또 5≤m+n≤100이고, n=0인 경우에는 양말단의 A의 적어도 어느 한쪽이 -Z-Si(R3 b)R4 3-b로 표시되는 기이며, R5는 동일하거나 상이한 탄소원자수 1 내지 20의 1가 탄화수소기이고, B는 동일하거나 상이한 히드록시기 또는 탄소원자수 1 내지 4의 1가 탄화수소기, 알콕시기 또는 아실옥시기이며, r은 1 내지 100의 정수이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
