Abstract
얇은-필름 반투성 복합재 막은 N-알킬 페닐렌디아민 또는 N,N'-디알킬 페닐렌디아민 및 폴리 아실 할라이드, 예컨대 트리메소일 클로라이드의 반응 생성물을 이용한다. 바람직하게 상기 막은 산 용액으로 이어서 폴리비닐 알콜 및 완충제 및/또는 염기의 수용액으로 후-처리되어 상기 막의 물리적 성질이 개선된다.

Claims (14)
- 다공성 지지체 상의 (a)N-알킬 페닐렌 디아민 및 (b)방향족 폴리아실 할라이드의 반응 생성물로 구성된 반투성 복합재 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 N-알킬 페닐렌 디아민이 N-메틸 m- 페닐렌 디아민인 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아실 할라이드가 트리메소일 클로라이드인 막.
- 얇은 필름 복합제 막을 이용하는 물의 제염 방법에 있어서, 상기 막으로서 제1항의 막을 사용하는 것으로 구성된 개선점.
- 하기 단계로 구성되는 얇은 필름 복합재 막의 제조방법.(a) N-알킬 페닐렌 디아민의 수용액을 다공성 지지체에 적용하고; (b)폴리아실 할라이드의 유기 용액을 지지체에 적용시킴으로써 (a)의 상기 적용된 다아민을 계면 반응시켜 상기 지지체상에 얇은 필름 반응 생성물을 형성하는 단계.
- 제5항에 있어서, (c)(b)의 생성물을 산 용액으로 후-처리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, (d)(c)의 생성물을 폴리비닐 알콜 및 완충제 및/또는 염기의 용액으로 코팅하고; (e)(d)의 코팅 생성물을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, (d)의 상기 완충제가 인산 수소 이암모늄, 인산 이수소 암모늄, 주석산암모늄, 프탈산 수소 칼륨, 인산 이수소 칼륨, 붕사, 및 테트록실산 삼수소 칼륨으로 구성된 군 중 적어도 하나의 구성원인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, (d)의 상기 염기를 수산화암모늄, 수산화칼슘 및 탄산칼륨으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 N-알킬 페닐렌 디아민이 N-메틸 m- 페닐렌 디아민인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아실 할라이드가 트리메소일 클로라이드인 방법.
- 하기 단계로 구성된 이차 페닐렌디아민의 제조방법;(a) 페닐렌디아민 또는 니트로 아닐린 상의 아민기를 포름알데히드와 반응시킴으로써 상기 아민기내 수소 하나를 메틸기로 치환하여 아민기를 생산하고; (b)(a)의 아민기를 수소첨가하여 이차 아미노기를 형성하는 단계.
- 제12항에 있어서, (b)의 수소첨가를 붕수소화나트륨에 의해 실행하는 방법.
- 반투성 복합재 막을 폴리비닐알콜 및 완충제 및/또는 염기의 수용액으로 코팅시키는 것으로 구성된, 새로이 제조된 반투성 복합재 막의 긁힘 또는 마모 내성을 개선시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
