Abstract

본 발명은 재봉실에 의해 생성된 스티취 연결부에 재봉할 물질에의 증가된 점착성을 부여하는 생성물의 적어도 하나의 전구물질을 재봉실의 외표면에 포함하는 상기 재봉실에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 적용된 전구 물질을 변형하여 재봉실의 외경을 크게 할 수 있는 생성물을 형성시키는 재봉실을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 방수성 스티취 연결부를 생성시키는 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (25)

  1. 재봉실에의해 생성된 스티취 연결부(stitched connection)에 재봉할 물질에의 증가된 정착성을 부여하는 생성물의 적어도 하나의 전구물질을 적어도 외표면에 포함함을 특징으로 하는 재봉실.
  2. 실제 체적 또는 겉보기 체적을 증가시키는 특성을 활성화하므로써, 재봉 후 재봉실의 외경을 증가시키는 생성물로 변형되는 적어도 하나의 전구물질을 적어도 외부 표면에 포함함을 특징으로 하는 재봉실.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 직경이 20% 내지 200%, 바람직하게는 30% 내지 150%, 구체적으로는 40% 내지 100% 및 특히 바람직하게는 50% 내지 80%증가함을 특징으로 하는 재봉실.
  4. 제2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 전구물질이 발포성 플라스틱임을 특징으로 하는 재봉실.
  5. 제2 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전구물질이 팽창가능한 펠라이트, 팽창가능한 운모 또는 팽창가능한 흑연과 같은 무기적 팽창가능한 물질을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 재봉실.
  6. 제2 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전구 물질이 팽창가능한 물질과 혼합된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 재봉실.
  7. 제2 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전구물질이 구조 변화로 인한 체적 변화를 일으킬 수 있는 분자를 함유하고; 상기 분자가 천연 또는 합성 이종 중합체, 구체적으로는 펩티드 또는 단백질 및 천연 또는 합성 단독 중합체, 구체적으로는 폴리사카라이드로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실이 비-탄성 물질로 구성되는 코아를 포함하고/하거나 상기 생성물이 접착성임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전구물질이 물질적으로 및/또는 화학적으로 활성화될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 물질임을 특징으로 하는 재봉실.
  10. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전구물질이 하기 물질로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 재봉실; 실리콘 수지; 아킬 실리콘 수지, 메틸 실리콘 수지; 아릴 시릴리콘 수지; 비닐 클로라이드와 비닐 아세테이트의 공중합체; 폴리사카라이드, 냉각수에 불용성인 폴리사카라이드 제품; 폴리사카라이드와 무기산의 에스테르, 폴리사카라이드와 유기산의 에스테르; 폴리사카라이드 에테르; 전분, 감자전분; 전분과 무기산의 에스테르, 전분과 유기낫의 에스테르; 전분 에테르, 질소를 함유하는 전분 에테르, 양이온선 전분 에테르, 구체적으로는 그의 염; 아크릴아미드, N 및 C 치환된 아크릴아미드 또는 아크릴아미드 올리고머 발포성 플라스틱; 팽창가능한 펠라이트, 팽창가능한 운모 또는 팽창가능한 흑연과 같은 팽창가능한 무기 물질; 및 그의 혼합물.
  11. 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 실이 하기 물질로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 추가적인 첨가제를 함휴함을 특징으로 하는 재봉싱;
    실을 위한 통상적인 함침제; 천연 및 합성 왁스; 파리핀; 성장 중합체 사슬용 가교결합제, 구체적으로는 메틸렌 비스아크릴로아미드 또는 N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸 에틸렌 디아민; 가소화제, 구체적으로는 디부틸 프탈레이트, 글리세롤; 무기 충진제, 유기충진제; 프라이머; 라디칼 개시제, 과산화물, 유기금속성 화합물, 구체적으로는 유기 알루미늄 화합물; 및 적합한 그의 혼합물.
  12. 제1 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대개 수일, 구체적으로는 대개 수분의 경과 후, 재봉할 물질과 접촉하지 않는 노출된 실 표면에서 증가된 접착성 마찰이 감소됨을 특징으로 하는 재봉실.
  13. 제1 내지 12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전구물질이 아크릴아미드이고; 상기 첨가제가 메틸렌 비스 아크릴아미드 및 N,N,N,'N' -테트라메틸 에틸렌 디아민 및 글리세롤임을 특징으로 하는 재봉실.
  14. 제1 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 재봉실에 의해, 스티취 연결부가 생성됨을 특징으로 하는, 서로 재봉되는 적어도 두 부분을 포함하는 재봉가능한 영역 구조.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 스티취 연결부가 체인 스티취 연결부임을 특징으로 하는 재봉가능한 영역 구조.
  16. 제14 또는 15항에 있어서, 웹팅 리본 등이 상기 부분 사이의 상기 스티취 연결부 영역에 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 재봉가능한 영역 구조.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 웹팅 리본이 상기 재봉실과 동일한 재료를 포함하는 직물 재료임을 특징으로 하는 재봉가능한 영역 구조.
  18. a)재봉실의 적어도 외표면에 생성물의 전구물질을 제공하고; b)상기 재봉실을 재봉 장치에 공급하고, 재봉할 물질에서 스티취 연결을 수행하며; 및 c) 상기 스티취 연결부를 활성 처리하여, 전구물질을 목적 생성물을 형성하도록 전환시키고, 또한 상기 생성물이 재봉할 물질에의 증가된 점착성을 상기 스티취 연결부에 부여하고/하거나 상기 스티취 연결부의 바늘 구멍을 필수적으로 방수가 되게 함을 특징으로 하는, 적어도 스플래쉬 방지 스티취 연결부를 생성시키는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 점착성 및/또한 봉합 생서물을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제18 또는 19항에 있어서, 분사 또는 함침에 의해 상기 표면에 상기 전구물질을 연속적으로 또는 불연속적으로 제공함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  21. 제18 내지 20항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계 후에 상기 a) 단계를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  22. 제19 내지 21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전구물질이 하기 물질로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    실리콘 수지; 알킬 실리콘 수지, 메틸 실리콘 수지; 아릴 실리콘 수지; 비닐 클로라이드와 비닐 아세테이트의 공중합체; 폴리사카라이드, 냉각수에 불용성인 폴리사카라이드 제품; 폴리 사카라이드와 무기산의 에스테르, 폴리사카라이드와 유기산의 에스테르; 폴리사카라이드 에테르; 전분, 감자 전분; 전분과 무기산의 에스테르, 전분과 유기산의 에스테르; 전분 에테르, 질소를 함유하는 전분 에테르, 양이온성 전분 에테르, 구체적으로는 그의 염; 아크릴아미드, N 및 C 치환된 아크릴아미드 또는 아크릴아미드 올리고머; 발포성 플라스틱; 팽창가능한 펠라이트, 팽창가능한 운모 또는 팽창가능한 흑연과 같은 팽창가능한 무기 물질; 및 그의 혼합물.
  23. 제18 내지 22항중 어느 한항에 있어서, a) 및/또는 c)단계에서, 하기 물질로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 물질이 첨가제로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법; 실을 위한 통상적인 함침제; 천연 및 합성 왁스; 파라핀; 성장 중합체 사슬용 가교결합제, 구체적으로는 메틸렌 비스아크릴로아미드 또는 N, N, N', N'-테트라메틸 에틸렌 디아민; 가소화제, 구체적으로는 디부틸 프탈레이트, 글리세롤; 무기 충진제, 유기 충진제; 프라이머; 라디칼 개시제, 과산화물, 유기 금속성 화합물, 구체적으로는 유기 알루미늄 화합물; 및 적합한 그의 혼합물.
  24. 제18항 내지 23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 c) 단계가 화학적 및/또는 물리적 활성화, 구체적으로는 열적 활성화, 가열 밀봉, 고주파 활성화, 광 활성화 구체적으로는 자외선 활성화, 화학적 주합, 화학적 경화, 라디칼 개시 또는 그의 조합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  25. 제18 내지 23항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a) 단계에서, 전구물질로서 아크릴아미드; 가교결합 첨가제로서 메틸렌 비스아크릴로아미드 및 N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸 에틸렌 디아민; 가소화제로서 글리세롤을 사용하고, c)단계에서, 과산화물 수용액, 구체적으로는 과산화 암모늄용액 및/또는 자외선 조사를 적용하므로써 상기 활성화 처리를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
