Abstract

유체를 미입화하여 여러방향으로 분무함과 동시에 용이하게 제조할 수 있는 유체분사노즐은 제공함을 목적으로 하며, 제1오리피스판(70)은 금속으로 되었고, 중앙부에 슬릿형상의 제1오리피스(71)가 형성되어 있다. 제2오리피스(74)도 금속으로 되었고, 2개의 제2오리피스(75)및 (76)이 연료 흐름의 하류에 감에 따라서 끝이 가늘게 되도록 형성되어 있다. 제2오리피스(75)의 상류측 개구부와 하류측 개구부 및 제2오리피스(76)의 상류측 개구부와 하류측 개구부는 편심하여 형성되어 있다. 이 때문에, 제2오리피스(75)및 (76)을 통과하는 연료는 이 편심방향으로 안내되므로, 가장 적합한 분무방향을 구비한 유체분사노즐을 얻을 수 있다.

유체분사 노즐

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예의 유체분사 밸브를 적용한 연료분사 장치의 분사 구멍 부근을 나타낸 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제1실시예의 유체분사 밸브를 적용한 연료분사 장치를 나타낸 단면도, 제3도는본 발명의 제1실시예의 제1오리피스판의 평면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 일단에 분사포트를 지닌 니이들본체와, 상기 분사포트를 개폐하는 니이들과, 상기 분사포트의하류측에 매설되어 있고, 유체가 통과하는 제슬킷 구멍을지닌 제1판와; 상기 제1판의 하류측에 포개어지고 상기 제1구멍의 부분과 연통하는 다수의 제2구멍이 제공된 제2판을 지닌 다수의 오리피스판을 구비하고 있으며, 각각의 상기 제2구멍은 상류 및 하류측 구멍을 지니고, 상기 상류측 구멍과 상기 하류측 구멍이 편심된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 분사하는 유체분사 노즐.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 다수의 제2구멍의 상류측 구멍과 하류측 구멍의 중심이 편심된 유체분사노즐.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 제1및 제2판을 강철로 만드는 유체분사노즐.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 제2구멍 중 인접된 하나의 상류측 구멍의 중심간의 거래가 상기 구멍이 상기 인접한 하나의 하류측 구멍의 중심간의 거리 보다 작은 유체분사노즐.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상류와 하류측 구멍은 사각형 모양으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 제2구멍은 상기 상류측 구멍으로부터 상기 하류측 구멍까지 연장한 다수의 평평한 내부에 의해 형성된 유체분사노즐.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2판의 중심에 접한 상기 평형한 내벽이 경사는 대항측의 평평한 내벽의 경사보다 덜 가파른 유체분사 노즐.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 다수의 제2판이 중심부근이 상기 구멍의 제1측에서 상류 및 하류측 구멍에 대한 제1경사와 상기 제1측에 대향하는 제1구멍의 측의 상기 제1경사보다 큰 상기 구멍에 대한 제2경사를 지닌면에 의해 형성된 유체분사 노즐.
  8. 일단에 분사포트를 지닌 니이들 몸체와 상기 분사포트를 개폐하는 니이들과 상기 포트의 하류측이 배치되어 있고, 유체가 통과하는 제1슬릿 구멍은 지닌 제1판과, 상기 제1판의 하류측에 포개어져 있고, 상기 제1구멍의 부분과 연통하는 다수의 제2다각형 구멍이 제공되어 있고, 단면적이 하류측쪽으로 점차 감소하는 제1판을 구비하는 다수의 오리피스판을 구성하며, 다수의 내벽중 인접한 하나중 한쌍은 유체분사의 소정의 방향으로 분사된 상기 제2다각형 구멍은 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사노즐.
  9. 제1항에 있어서 상기 다수의 제2구멍중 인접한 하나의 상류측 구멍의 중심간의 거리는 상기 구멍의 상기 인접한 하나의 하류측 구멍의 중심간의 상기 인접한 하나의 하류측 구멍의 중심간의 거리보다 각은 유체분사노즐.
  10. 제9항에 있어서 각각의 장치 다수의 제2구멍은 제2판의 중심부근의 상기 구멍의 제1측의 상기 상류 및 하류측 구멍 대한 제1경사와, 상기 제1측은 대항하는 상기 구멍의 측의 제1경사 보다는 상기 구멍에 대한 제2경사를 지닌 면에 의해 형성된 유체분사노즐.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 하나이상의 제1및 제2판이 강철로 만들어진 연료분사노즐.
  12. 일단에 분사포트를 지닌 니트 몸체와, 상기 분사포트를 개폐하는 니이들과 상기 분사포트의 하류측이 배치되어 있고 유체가 통과하는 제1슬릿구멍을 지닌 제1판과, 상기 제1판의 하류측에 포개어져 있고, 상기 제1구멍의 부분과 연통하는 다수의 제2다각형 구멍이 제공되어 있고, 단면적이 하류측 쪽으로 점차 감소하는 제2판을 구비한 다수의 오리피스판을 각각의 상기 제2구멍은 상류 및 하류측 구멍을 지니고, 다수의 측중 인접한 하나의 쌍은 유체분사의 소정의 방향으로 개방된 상기 제2구멍의 상류 및 하류측 구멍을 특정하는 다각형을 구성하는 유체 분사하는 유체분사 노즐.
  13. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1슬릿 구멍은 상류 및 하류 측 슬릿 구멍을 소정의 세로 길이를 하고, 상기 제2판은 상류 및 하류측 구멍을 지닌 두개의 하류측 구멍의 중심간의 길이를상기 하류측 슬릿구멍의 소정의 세로길이 보다 짧은 유체분사노즐.
