Abstract
알루미늄 기판의 산화된 Al/AlOOH표면에 시트 규산 나트륨 θ-Na2Si2O5를 도포함으로써 규산염을 도포하고, 이 때, 도포물은 도포 용액의 농도 및 침지욕의 온도에 의존성이다.
시트 규산 나트륨은 순수한 결정성 규산 나트륨이다. 이는 시트형 중합체 구조를 갖는다. 규산염-피복된 알루미늄 기판의 내알칼리성을 증가시키기 위해 이온-함유 물, 예를 들어 도시용수를 사용하거나, 알칼리 금속 이온/또는 알칼리 토금속 이온을 함유하는 용액을 사용하여 세척한다.

제1도는 후처리 단계에서 규산염 도포시에 사용되는 시트 규산 나트륨의 구조를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (16)
- 화학적으로, 기계적으로 또는 전기화학적으로 조화되고 양극 산화된 알루미늄 또는 이의 합금중 하나를 기본으로 하는 시트형, 호일형 또는 스트립형 재료(이의 산화 알루미늄 층이 수용액 중의 알칼리 금속 규산염으로 처리된다)를, 산화 알루미늄층을 순수하고 결정성인 알칼리 금속 규산염의 수용액 중에서 후처리(a)한 후, 이온-함유 물로 세척(b)함을 포함하여 후처리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온-함유 물이 알칼리 금속 이온 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온을 함유하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 이온 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온이 Ca, Mg, Na, K 및 Sr로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 후처리 단계(a)에서 θ-개질 형태의 시트 규산 나트륨 Na2Si2O5의 수용액을 사용하여 후처리를 행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 결정성 시트 규산 나트륨의 SiO2/Na2O 몰비가 1.9:1 내지 3.5:1의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후처리 단계(a)에서의 용액이 θ-Na2Si2O50.1 내지 10중량%를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후처리 단계(a)를 10 내지 120초 동안 25 내지 80℃의 온도에서 전기화학적으로 또는 침지 처리함으로써 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온-함유 물을 사용한 후처리 단계(b)후에, 0.1 내지 10중량%의 염 용액 중에서 침지 처리하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 전기화학적 후처리를 0.1 내지 10A/dm2의 전류 밀도 또는 3 내지 100V의 전압을 사용하여 행하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 염 용액이 NaF, NaHCO3, CaSO4, LCI 및 MGSO4를 단독으로 또는 배합물로써 함유하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 이온 함유 물로 분무한 후 염 용액을 사용하여 세척하는 방법.
- 화학적으로, 기계적으로 또는 전기화학적으로 조화되고 양극 산화된 알루미늄 또는 이의 합금중 하나를 기본으로 하고, 이의 산화 알루미늄 층이 순수한 결정성 시트 규산 나트륨을 포함하는 알칼리 금속 규산염층으로 피복된, 시트형, 호일형 또는 스트립형 재료를 포함하는 기판.
- 제12항에 있어서, 시트 규산 나트륨이 시트형 중합체 구조를 갖는 기판.
- 제12항에 있어서, 규산 나트륨이 조성 θ-Na2Si2O5를 갖고, 결정성 시트 규산 나트륨의 Si2:Na2O 몰비가 1.9:1 내지 3.5:1의 범위내에 있는 기판.
- 제14항에 있어서, Al/AlOOH 표면에서, Si/Al 비가 0.10 내지 0.8이고, Ca/Al 비가 0.01 내지 0.15인 기판.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 바와 같이 후처리된 재료의 오프셋 인쇄기판용 기판으로서의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
