Abstract

생분해성 플라스틱 물질로된 발포물은 0.1 내지 0.003g/㎤범위의 밀도 및 0.5 내지 10㎜직경범위의 크기를 가지며 50 내지 95 중량%의 열가소성 전분, 0.5 내지 45중량%의 하나 이상의 열가소성 중합체 및 2 내지 20중량%의 물을 함유하는 물질로 구성된 발포성 입자를 응집시켜 제조되며, 열처리 및/또는 상기의 입자들이 밀접한 접촉을 하게 되었을때 안정된 상호 작용을 할 수 있도록 입자의 표면을 개질시키기 위하여 하나 이상의 코팅제로 처리된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 0.1 내지 0.003g/㎤범위내의 밀도를 가지며 0.5 내지 10㎜ 직경 범위내의 크기를 갖는 응집된 발포성 입자로 구성되며, 상기의 입자가 50 내지 95중량%의 열가소성 전분, 0.5 내지 45중량%의 하나 이상의 열가소성 중합체 및 2 내지 20중량%의 물을 함유하는 물질로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 플라스틱 물질로된 발포물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리(비닐 알코올), 비닐 알코올, 비닐 아세테이트, 아크릴산 및 메타아크릴산으로부터 선택된 단량체와 올레핀계 단량체의 공중합체, 지방족 폴리에스테르 및 지방족 폴리아미드로부터 선택되는 발포물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 올레핀계 단량체가 에틸렌인 발포물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리에스테르가 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리(부틸렌 수시네이트) 및 이의 공중합체로부터 선택되는 발포물.
  5. 제1 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포성 입자를 구성하는 물질이 하나 이상의 핵생성제를 0.005 내지 5중량%함유하는 발포물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 핵생성제가 활석, 탄산칼슘, 사탕무우 가공 처리중에 수득되는 효모 껍질, 건조, 분쇄, 분말화된 사탕무루 과육, 목재분말 및 셀룰로오즈 분말로부터 선택되는 발포물.
  7. 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포성 입자를 구성하는 물질이 0.01 내지 5중량%의 하나 이상의 슬립제 및/또는 3 내지 25범위내의 친수성/친유성 평형지수(HLB)를 갖는 분산제를 함유하는 발포물.
  8. 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포성 입자를 구성하는 물질이 하나 이상의 가소제를 0.5 내지 20중량% 함유하는 발포물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 가소제가 글리세롤, 소르비톨, 만니톨, 에리트리톨, 저분자량 폴리(비닐 알코올), 상기 화합물의 옥시에틸레이트화 및 옥시프로필레이트화 유도체, 및 요소로부터 선택되는 발포물.
  10. 0.1 내지 0.003g/㎤범위내의 밀도 및 0.5 내지 10㎜ 직경 범위내의 크기를 가지며, 50 내지 95 중량%의 열가소성 전분, 0.5 내지 45중량%의 하나 이상의 열가소성 중합체 및 2 내지 20중량%의 물을 함유하는 물질로 구성된 발포성 입자를 열처리 및 /또는 상기 입자들의 표면을 개질시켜 이 입자들이 상호 밀접하게 접촉하게 되었을때 입자 상호간에 상호작용을 안정적으로 할 수 있게 하기 위해서 하나 이상의 코팅제로 처리하는 공정 및 후속으로, 상기입자들이 응집하는데 충분한 긴 시간동안 발포성 입자를 상호 밀접하게 접촉시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 플라스틱 물질로된 발포물의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 코팅제가 하기의 예들로부터 선택되는 생분해성 플라스틱 물질로된 제조방법, ⅰ. 염 및/또는 첨가물이 첨가됐을 수도 있는 액체-상태의 물 또는 가스상태의 물; ⅱ. 천연이거나 합성된 중합체 또는 단량체 물질의 수용액, 현탁액 및/또는 유탁액, 또는 용융상태의 전술한 물질; ⅲ. 높은 "습윤력"을 갖는 용제; ⅳ. 상기의 용제 내에서, 천연이거나 합성된 중합체 또는 단량체 물질의 용액, 현탁액 및/ 또는 유탁액; ⅴ. 용융점이 <130℃, 바람직하게는 <90℃인 중합체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 코팅제가 폴리(비닐 이세테이트)를 함유하는 생분해성 플라시틱 물질로된 발포물의 제조방법.
  13. 제10 내지 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체물징의 증발 및/또는 코팅제 내에 들어 있는 단량체 물질의 중합을 촉징시키기 위하여, 입자들을 상호 밀접하게 접촉시키는 공정 전에, 동시에, 또는 후에 행할 수 있는 열처리 및/또는 통기처리 단계를 포함하는 생분해서 플라스틱 물질된 발포물의 제조방법.
  14. 제10 내지 12중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조, 습윤 또는 조건화된 환경에서 수득된 발포물을 건조시키는 후건조 처리공정을 포함하는 생분해성 플라스틱 물질로 된 발포물의 제조방법.
