Claims (10)

  1. (a) 스티렌 중합체, (b) (a)에 대해, 0.05 내지 3중량%의 수분, (c) (a)에 대해 0.001 내지 1중량%의, 10g/g 이상의 수분 흡수용량을 갖는 미립 유기 중합체, (d) (a)에 대해, 0.5 내지 8중량%의 C3-C6-탄화수소, 및, 필요하다면, (e) 유효량의 통상적인 첨가제를 함유하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전부 또는 약간이 염 생성에 의해 중화될 수 있는, 40 내지 62중량%의 카르복실기를 함유하는 교차 결합되거나 또는 부분적으로 교차 결합된 유기 중합체를 성분 (c)로서 함유함을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 50% 이상의 카르복실기가 알카리 금속염의 형태로 존재하는 교차 결합되거나 또는 부분적으로 교차 결합된 폴리아크릴산을 성분(c)로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(c)가 1내지 50㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(c)중 최소한 약간이 성분(a)에 균일하게 분포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(c)중 최소한 약간이 표면 피복은 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
  7. 스티렌 및, 필요하다면, 그밖의 공단량체 및 성분(c)의 혼합물을 수성 현탁액중에서 중합시키고, 사용된다면, 성분(d)를 중합전, 도중 또는 후에 첨가하는 것으로 이루어지는, 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 따르는 발포성 스티렌 중합체의 제조방법.
  8. 현탁 중합에 의해 제조된 비드-형 발포성 스티렌 중합체의 표면에 성분(c)를 피복하고, 성분 (a), (b), (d) 및, 필요하다면, (c) 및/또는 (e)를 함유하는 것으로 이루어지는, 제6항에 따르는 발포성 스티렌 중합체의 제조방법.
  9. 제10g/g이상의 수분 흡수 용량을 갖는 0.001 내지 1중량%의 미립 유기 중합체를 함유하고 0.01 내지 0.1g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 스티렌 중합체 포움.
  10. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 따르는 스티렌 중합체를 통상적인 방법으로 연화점 이상의 온도를 가열함으로써 발포시키고, 생성된 포움 입자들을 기밀 방법으로 밀폐하지 않은 모울드에서 가열함으로써 서로 용융 결합시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 제9항에 따르는 스티렌 중합체 포움의 제조방법.
