Abstract

새로운 효소과립은 개선된 성질을 제공한다.
과립은 입자내로 효소용액이 들어가도록 허용하는 양호한 구멍크기와 구멍크기 분포를 가지는 코어입자에 기초를 두고 있다. 따라서 코어물질은 액체형태로 효소를 포함하고 있어서 분말로 된 효소를 가공처리 해야하는 결점이 제거된다.
더욱 양호한 유동성과 계량성질이 달성된다. 효소함유과립은 필름형성 고분자 물질로 코팅하는 것이 바람직하다. 이들 과립은 낮은 살포성과 개선된 기계적 강도를 가진다. 또한 이들 효소과립의 제조방법이 제공된다.

Claims (13)

  1. 코어가 다공성물질로 이루어져서 과립에 존재하는 효소(들)(의 일부)가 코어내로 흡수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과립.
  2. 코어가 다공성물질로 이루어져서 과립에 존재하는 효소(들)(의 일부)가 코어내로 흡수되는 외부보호층으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 과립.
  3. 코어가 다공성물질로 이루어져서 과립에 존재하는 효소(들)(의 일부)가 코어내로 흡수되고, 몇 개의 코팅층으로 코팅되며, 상기 코팅층은 예를들어 (다른) 효소, 안정제, 착색제를 함유할 수 있고 제어된 방출을 얻을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과립.
  4. 과립은 다공성물질로 이루어지고, 수성 또는 비수성 효소용액 또는 슬러리와 접촉시켜서 효소가 과립내로 흡수되게 하며, 필요한 경우에 제2항과 제3항에 기재된 생성물을 얻기 위해서 외부보호층 또는 몇 개의 코팅층으로 과립으로 코팅시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 비살포성 효소과립의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 과립은 다공성물질로 이루어지고 수성 또는 비수성 효소용액 또는 슬러리와 접촉시켜서 혼합기에서 효소가 과립내로 흡수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 장치는 유동상 건조기 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 제2항과 제3항에 기재된 생성물을 얻기 위해서 외부보호층 또는 몇 개의 코팅층으로 과립을 코팅하고 코팅은 혼합기 안에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 코팅은 유동상 건조기에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 전체과정이 하나의 장치에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 전체과정이 유동상 건조기에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 개질 셀룰로오스(들)(의 혼합물)로 이루어진 코팅층에 있어서, 화합물 또는 화합물(들)이 코팅과정 동안 과립의 응집과 점착을 막기 위해서 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅층.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 첨가된 화합물이 탈크인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅층.
  13. 효소함유수성 또는 비수성액체를 채운 다공성물질에 코팅물질을 도포하는 방법에 의해서 입자의 강도가 현저하게 증가된 것을 특징으로 하는 과립.
