Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
마이크로프로세서를 이용한 보빈실제거장치.
2. 발명이 해결하고자 하는과제
보빈으로부터 실을 적극직으로 제거할 수 있는 신뢰성 있는 보빈실제거장치를 가공하기 위함.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명에 따른 보빈실제거장치는 이 보빈실제거장치에 회전가능하게 지지되는 보빈과, 보빈에 감긴실을 인출하는 인출수단과, 실이 제거되고 있는 보빈에 대해 그 회전상태를 검출하는 보빈회전검출수단과, 보빈회전검출수단으로부터 신호를 받아서 이 신호에 따라서 보빈의 비회전상태를 검출할 경우 인출수단을 구동시켜 실의 인출을 재개하도록 하는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 그 구성적 특징으로 한다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도.
재봉기에 있어서 보빈실을 용이하게 제거하는 용도로 쓰임.

Claims (3)

  1. 보빈실제거장치에 있어서, 상기 보빈실제거장치에 회전가능하게 지지되는보빈과, 상기 보빈에 감긴 실을 인출하는 인출수단과, 실이 제거되고 있는 상기 보빈에 대해 그 회전상태를 검출하는 보빈회전검출수단과, 상기 보빈회전검출수단으로부터 신호를 받아서 이 신호에 따라서 상기 보빈의 비회전상태를 검출할 경우 상기 인출수단을 구동시켜 실의 인출을 재개하도록 하는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈실제거장치.
  2. 보빈실제거장치에 있어서, 상기 보빈실제거장치에 회전가능하게 지지되는보빈과, 상기 보빈에 감긴 실의 단부를 선택적으로 파지 및 해제하는 파지 부재를 구비하며, 이 파지부재에 의해 유지되는 실을 감기 위해 축을 중심으로 회전하는 권회수단과, 실이 제거되고 있는 상기 보빈에 대해 그 회전상태를 검출하는 보빈회전검출수단과, 상기 보빈회전검출수단으로부터 신호를 받아서 이 신호에 따라서 상기 보빈의 비회전상태를검출할 경우 상기 권회수단을 구동시켜 실의 파지 및 권회동작을 재개시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈실제거장치.
  3. 보빈에 감긴 실을 제거하기 위한 보빈실제거장치에 있어서, 실제거부재, 이 실제거부재에 고착되는 동시에 이 실제거부재 둘레에 배치되어 외측으로 돌출하는 복수개의 선형부재를 포함하는 권회수단과, 전방으로 이동하는 권회수단을 수용하여 함께 회전하는 수용샤프트로서, 권회수단이 전방으로 이동함에 따라 상기 보빈에 감긴 실의 단부가 상기 실제거부재와 상기 수용샤프트 사이에 파지되고, 상기 권회수단이 특정시간 회전하여 보빈에 감긴 실이 상기 선형부재에 감기며, 이후 상기 권회수단이 정지되어 후방으로 이동되도록 구성되는 수용샤프트와, 실이 제거되는 보빈에 대해 그 회전상태를 검출하는 보빈회전검출수단과, 상기 보빈회전검출수단으로부터의 신호를 받아서, 이 신호에 따라서 보빈의 비회전상태를 검출할 경우 상기 권회수단을 구동시켜 실의 파지 및 권회 동작을 재개시키는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보빈실제거장치.
