Abstract

본 발명은 비디오 테이프 레코더나 자기 디스크 장치에 적합한 자기헤드에 관한 것으로서, 헤드의 단자와 다른 디바이스와의 전기적 접속이 용이하고, 자기기록/재생장치에 양산에 적합하고, 신뢰성이 높은 자기헤드를 제공하며, 서로 대향하는 1쌍의 기체(基體)를 가지고, 이들 기체의 최소한 한쪽에 박막코일이 형성되고, 이 박막코일에 접속하는 단자부가 한쪽의 기체에 형성되고, 다른 쪽의 기체의 일부가 절제(切除)되어 이 절제부에 상기 단자부가 노출되고, 상기 절제부에서 자기헤드주면에 대하여 둔각으로 교차하는 면에 상기 단자부가 형성되어 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 서로 대향하는 1쌍의 기체(基體)를 가지고, 이들 기체의 최소한 한쪽에 박막코일이 형성되고, 이 박막코일에 접속하는 단자부가 한쪽의 기체에 형성되고, 다른 쪽의 기체의 일부가 절제(切除)되어 이 절제부에 상기 단자부가 노출되고, 상기 절제부에서 자기헤드주면에 대하여 둔각으로 교차하는 면에 상기 단자부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단자부가 형성된 면과 자기갭형성면이 동일 평면상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 박막코일이 1쌍의 기체의 양쪽에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 아지머스기록용의 자기헤드인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
