Abstract
본발명은 1헤드피스톤을 구비한 왕복운동형 압축기의 배출압력맥동을 감쇠시키기 위한 것으로서, 실린더블록(1)의 외곽부에 배출플랜지(21)와 결합된 진압실(20)을 설치하고, 실린더헤드(5)에 설치된 배출실(6)의 일부를 구멍(1a)을 넘어선 바깥쪽의 영역까지 연장시킨 가지홈(6a)을 설치하며, 그러한 진압실(20)과 그러한 가지홈(6a)의 연장단부를 밸브판(4)을 관통하는 관통공(22)에 의해 서로 통하게 함으로써 압축기의 전장을 증대시킴이 없이 배출압력맥동을 감쇠시킬 수 있다.

Claims (1)
- 다수의 구멍을 병설(병렬설치)해서 압축기의 외곽을 구성하는 실린더블록과, 내부에 크랭크실을 형성해서 실린더블록의 전단을 폐쇄하는 하우징과, 그러한 실린더블록과 하우징에 회전이 자유롭게 지지된 구동축과, 안쪽의 영역에 배출실을 설치하고 바깥쪽의 영역에 흡입실을 설치하며, 또한, 밸브판을 거쳐서 실린더블록의 후단부를 폐쇄하는 실린더헤드와, 크랭크실내의 구동축에 장착된 경사판요소와 연계해서 상기 구멍속에서 직선운동하는 1헤드 피스톤(one-head piston)을 구비한 왕복운동형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 실린더 블록의 외곽부에 배출플랜지와 결합된 진압실(압력진정실)을 설치하고, 상기 실린더헤드에 설치된 배출실의 일부를 구멍을 넘어선 바깥쪽의 영역까지 연장시킨 가지홈을 설치하며, 그러한 진압실과 그러한 가지홈의 연장 단부를 상기 밸브판을 관통하는 관통공에 의해 서로 통하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복운동형 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
