Claims (1)
- 전자작용, 또는 전자작용과 스프링작용의 교호작용에 의해 피스톤을 왕복운동시키는 형식의 전자 왕복운동을 펌프이고, 상기 피스톤을 조작하는 전자회로를 부착하기 위한 프레임에, 상기 피스톤은 유체 압축기능을 갖지 않은 개방형 형식으로 이 피스톤을 내부피스톤으로 하여 내부실린더에 수용하고 이 내부실린더의 외측에는 소요간격을 내어 외부실린더를 동심으로 설치하고 상기 외부실린더에는 흡입구멍과 토출구멍을 밸브를 개재시켜서 설치함과 동시에 상기 내부실린더와 외부실린더의 사이에 설치된 간극부에 상기 내부 피스톤과 동축상에 있고 상기 흡입구멍과 토출구멍을 향하여 진퇴하는 외부피스톤을 수용하고, 상기 양 피스톤에는, 상기 내부실린더를 끼워서 내외주 방향에서 대치하는 영구자석을 설치함과 동시에 외부피스톤의 왕복운동에 수반하여 신축하는 스프링을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 왕복운동펌프.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
