제2도는 본 발명의 전자 왕복동장치의 기본구조를 도시한 개략도.
제3도는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 전자 왕복동 펌프의 개략적인 종단면도이며, 이것에서 상기 펌프의 피스턴 조립체는 상사점에 배치되어 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 교류의 1사이클마다 또는 직??의 펄스등에 의하여 여자와 소자와를 반복하는 전자석과 : 상기 전자석의 여자상태에서 흡인되는 자성체부재가 있고 상기 자성체부재의 전후에 프론트 피스턴 및 리어피스턴이 있는 피스턴 조립체와 : 피스턴 조립체의 프론트 피스턴을 지지하는 프론트 실린더 및 리어 피스턴을 지지하는 리어실린더와 : 상기 전자석의 자기작용으로 왕동한 피스턴 조립체에 의하여 압축되며 당해 전자석의 소자시에 상기 피스턴 조립체를 탄발력에 의하여 복동시키는 압축탄성체와 :를 구비하고 있고, 상기 프론트 실린더 및/ 또는 리어실린더에는 상기피스턴 조립체에 의하여 구획된 밀폐공간과 실린더외부와를 연통하는 통기공이 설치되어 있고, 통기공에는 상기 피스턴에 조립체나 압축 탄성체등으로된 진동계의 고진 주파수를 조정하기 위한 밸브수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 왕복동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축 탄성체가 상기 리어실린더내에 배치되어 있는 압축 코일 스프링일 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 왕복동장치.
