Abstract

본 발명은 하측 플랜지와 실린더가 일체화되고 실린더의 외주면에 위치된 내측코어가 고정부재와 고정밴드에 의해 간단히 조립되는 리니어 모터에 관한 것으로, 실린더 내경에 삽입된 피스톤과, 상기 실린더 외측에 배치된 내측코어와, 상기 내측코어와 대향되게 하측 플랜지와 상측 플랜지 사이에 고정된 외측코어와, 상기 피스톤과 연결되어 상기 내측코어와 외측코어 사이에서 왕복운동을 하는 영구자석을 포함하여 이루어진 리니어 모터에 있어서, 상기 하측 플랜지와 일체형으로 형성된 실린더와, 상기 내측고어의 상하단으로 대칭되게 형성된 고정고리와, 상기 내측코어 하단부 고정고리에 삽입되어 상기 하측 플랜지에 볼트 체결되는 고정부재와, 상기 상단부 고정고리를 수단으로 하여 상기 내측코어를 상기 실린더 외주면에 밀착하여 고정하는 고정밴드로 구성되어 간단하게 조립되는 것을 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 실린더 내경에 삽입된 피스톤과, 상기 실린더 외측에 배치된 내측코어와, 상기 내측코어와 대향되게 하측 플랜지와 상측 플랜지 사이에 고정된 외측코어와, 상기 피스톤과 연결되어 상기내측코어와 외측코어 사이에서왕복운동을 하는 영구자석을 포함하여 이루어진 리니어 모터에 있어서, 상기 하측 플랜지와 일체형으로 형성된 실린더와, 상기 내측코어의 상하단으로 대칭되게 형성된 고정고리와, 상기 내측코어 하단부 고정고리에 삽입되어 상기 하측 플랜지에 볼트 체결되는 고정부재와, 상기 상단부 고정고리를 수단으로 하여 상기 내측코어를 상기 실린더 외주면에 밀착하여 고정하는 고정밴드를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 모터.
