Description
Claims (4)
- 외부냉매회로로부터의 냉매가스를 흡입, 압축 및 토출시키는 압축기로서:내부에 나란히 형성된 복수개의 보어를 갖고, 외주면에 외부냉매회로와 연통되는 흡입포트가 형성된 흡입머플러실을 갖는 실린더;상기 실린더의 전단에 결합되어 크랭크실을 형성하는 프런트하우징;상기 실린더와 상기 프런트 하우징에 대해 자유롭게 회전할 수 있도록 지지된 구동축;상기 구동축에 장착된 경사판 요소와 연계되어 상기 실린더의 보어 내부를 직선 왕복 운동하는 단두형의 피스톤; 및상기 실린더의 후단을 폐쇄하도록 그에 결합되고, 내부에 토출실과 흡입실을 가지며, 외주면에 상기 실린더의 흡입머플러실의 개방된 단부와 접합되어 이를 폐쇄하도록 형성된 덮개를 갖는 리어하우징을 구비하며,상기 리어하우징의 덮개에는 상기 흡입머플러실의 냉매가스가 상기 흡입실로 유도되도록 상기 흡입머플러실과 상기 흡입실을 연통시킴과 동시에 냉매가스를 상기 흡입실로 고르게 분포시키는 적어도 두 개의 흡입실연통로가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡입머플러실과 상기 덮개의 사이에는 밀봉부재가 개재되어 있으며, 상기 밀봉부재는 상기 흡입머플러실의 냉매가스가 상기 흡입실로 유입되기 위해 통과하는 통로로서 상기 흡입실연통로와 동일한 형상으로 형성되어 있는 통로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡입포트는 상기 흡입실연통로로부터 멀리 떨어져 있도록 상기 프런트하우징쪽으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리어하우징의 내부 중앙에는 토출실이 형성되고 그 둘레에는 흡입실이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
