Abstract
【解決手段】シリンダーと、その前、後端に結合されたフロントハウジング、リアーハウジングとを含み、リアーハウジングは、内部の外周部に吸入室、中央部に吐出室を有し、さらに、シリンダーの外周部に設置された吸入マフラー室と前記吸入室とを連通する、少なくとも2つの吸入室連通路を有する。

Description
スリーブ33側に形成されたホールと斜板34側に形成されたホールにピン33aが結合されることによって、斜板の傾斜運動ができるようにスリーブ33と斜板34が結合されている。
即ち、本発明によれば、冷媒ガスが吸入室27に迅速かつ均一に流入するようにリアーハウジング25に分岐型吸入流路を形成し、冷媒ガスが流路に沿って円滑に吸入するように冷媒の吸入抵抗を減少する。
外部冷媒回路から吸入ポート42を通じて吸入マフラー室40に流入された冷媒ガスは、リアーハウジング25に形成された吸入室連通路41を経てリアーハウジング25内の吸入室27に吸入される。

Claims (5)
- 外部冷媒回路からの冷媒ガスを吸入、圧縮及び吐出する圧縮機であって、
内部に平行に形成された複数のボアを有し、外周面に外部冷媒回路と連通される吸入ポートが形成された吸入マフラー室を有するシリンダーと、
前記シリンダーの前端に結合されてクランク室を形成するフロントハウジングと、
前記シリンダーと前記フロントハウジングとに対して回転自在に支持された駆動軸と、
前記駆動軸に装着された斜板要素と連係して前記シリンダーのボア内部を直線往復動する単頭型のピストンと、
前記シリンダーの後端を閉鎖するようにそれに結合され、内部に吐出室と吸入室とを有し、前記吸入室の上流側に前記吸入マフラー室と前記吸入室を連通させる少なくとも2つの吸入室連通路を有するリアーハウジングと、
を備えていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記シリンダーと前記リアーハウジングとの間には密封部材が介在されており、前記密封部材は前記吸入マフラー室と前記吸入室連通路を連通する少なくとも1つの連通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記吸入ポートは前記吸入室連通路から遠く離れるように前記フロントハウジング側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記リアーハウジングの内部中央には吐出室が形成され、その周囲には吸入室が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記吸入ポートを通じて吸入マフラー室に吸入された冷媒を、前記リアーハウジングの少なくとも2つの吸入室連通路を通じて左右に分岐して吸入室に流入させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
