Abstract

전자제어에 의하여 개별적으로 제어되는 4륜 조향 시스템에 있어서, 후륜의 조향이 차량의 속도, 전륜 조향각 약, 횡 가속도에 따라 좌, 우 조향상태가 최적으로 이루어지도록 독립적으로 작동시킴으로써, 관성력이 작아짐에 따른 순발력 증대와 응답성 향상으로 4륜 조향시스템의 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 4륜 조향시스템을 제공할 목적으로; 스티어링 휠의 조향 방향에 따라 메인펌프로 부터 송출되는 유압을 선택적으로 제어하는 전륜측 방향 제어밸브와, 상기 전륜측 방향 제어밸브로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 전륜의 조향이 이루어지도록 하는 전륜 액츄에이터로 이루어진 전륜 조향부와; 상기한 전륜 조향부의 조향에 따라 서브펌프의 유압 경로를 절환시키는 직진/조향 선택밸브와 방향 전환밸브와, 이들 밸브로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 후륜의 조향이 이루어지는 하는 후륜 액튜에이터로 각각 독립적으로 이루어지는 좌우측 후륜 조향부와; 상기 스트어링 휠의 조향각을 감지하는 조향각 감지센서와 차속을 감지하는 차속센서, 그리고 횡 가속도 센서, 전륜의 조타량을 감지하는 전륜 조타량 피이드 백 센서의 출력신호를 기입력된 메모리값과 비교하여 밸브들을 선택적으로 제어하는 전자 제어 유닛을 포함하여 이루어지며; 상기에서 각각의 후륜 조향부는 후륜 휠 지지체의 하측을 차체와 연결하여 주는 전, 후 컨트롤 아암 중 후측 아암을 각각의 후륜 액튜에이터가 좌우로 동작시켜 후륜 조향이 각각 독립적으로 이루어지도록 한 4륜 조향 시스템을 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명이 적용된 4륜 조향 시스템을 개략적으로 나타낸 구성도,
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 4륜 조향 시스템에 있어서의 후륜이 우측으로 조타된 상태의 구성도,
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 후륜 조향 시스템에 있어서의 후륜이 좌측으로 조타된 상태의 구성도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 스티어링 휠의 조향 방향에 따라 메인펌프로 부터 송출되는 유압을 선택적으로 제어하는 전륜측 방향 제어밸브와, 상기 전륜측 방향 제어밸브로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 전륜의 조향이 이루어지도록 하는 전륜 액츄에이터로 이루어진 전륜 조향부와; 상기한 전륜 조향부의 조향에 따라 서브펌프의 유압 경로를 절환시키는 직진/조향 선택밸브와 방향 전환밸브와, 이들 밸브로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 후륜의 조향이 이루어지는 하는 후륜 액튜에이터로 각각 독립적으로 이루어지는 좌우측 후륜 조향부와; 상기 스티어링 휠의 조향각을 감지하는 조향각 감지센서와 차속을 감지하는 차속센서, 그리고 횡 가속도 센서, 전륜의 조타량을 감지하는 전륜 조타량 피이드 센서의 출력신호를 기입력된 메모리 값과 비교하여 밸브들을 선택적으로 제어하는 전자 에어 유닛을 포함하여 이루어지며; 상기에서 각각의 후륜 조향부는 후륜 휠 지지체의 하측을 차체와 연결하여 주는 전, 후 컨트롤 아암 중 후측 아암을 각각의 후륜 액튜에이터가 좌우로 동작시켜 후륜 조향이 각각 독립적으로 이루어지도록 한 4륜 조향 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 후측 컨트롤 아암의 내측단을 차체의 길이방향으로 배치되어 그의 중간부가 차체에 힌지 연결되는 회동부재의 후측단에 연결하고, 상기 회동부재의 전측단을 후륜 액튜에이터의 피스톤로드와 연결하여 회동부재의 회동에 의하여 후륜의 조향이 이루어지도록 한 4륜 조향 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 후측 컨트롤 아암의 내측단을 차체의 길이방향으로 배치되어 그의 후측단이 차체에 힌지 연결되는 회동부재의 중간부에 연결하고, 상기 회동부재의 전측단을 후륜 액튜에이터의 피스톤 로드와 연결하여 회동부재의 회동에 의하여 후륜의 조향이 이루어지도록 한 4륜 조향 시스템.
