Abstract
본 발명은 적어도 저부하 운전시 연소실내의 새로운 공기를 자기착화에 의해 연소시키도록 한 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진에 있어서, 시동시에 급속하게 자기착화에 의한 연소를 행할 수 있는 냉각장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진의 냉각장치에 관한 것이다. 본발명은 실린더 냉각수통로(35)의 유입단은 냉각수관(37)을 통해서 냉각수펌프(33)의 토출구에 접속됨과 동시에, 실린더헤드 냉각수통로(36)의 유입단은 냉각수관(38)을 통해서 냉각수펌프(3나)의 토출구에 접속되고, 실린더 냉각수통로(35)의 유출단은 서머스탯(39)을 통해서 실린더냉각 라디에이터(40)의 상단에 접속되고, 실린더헤드 냉각수통로(36)의 유출단은 3방향밸브(41)를 통해서 실린더헤드냉각라디에이트(42)의 상단에 접속되어 있으며, CPU(45)의 제어신호에 의해 동작하는 서보모터(44)에 의해, 소정 수온이상에 달했을때에, 그곳까지 관조인트(43)에의 통로가 연통됨과 동시에 실린더헤드냉각 라디에이터(42)로의 통로가 차단된 상태에서, 관조인트(43)에의 통로가 차단됨과 동시에, 실린더헤드냉각 라디에이터(42)에의 통로가 연통되도록 3방향밸브(41)는 전환되도록 구성되어 있다.

Claims (1)
- 적어도 저부하 운전영역에서 연소실내의 새로운 공기를 자기착화에 의해 연소시키도록 한 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진에 있어서, 엔진의 냉각시스템이 실린더 냉각시스템과 실린더헤드 냉각시스템에 의해 병렬로 분할되고, 엔진시동시에 상기 실린더헤드 냉각시스템의 냉각능력이 상기 실린더 냉각시스템의 냉각능력보다 작아지도록 상기 실린더헤드 냉각시스템이 형성되어 있음과 동시에, 상기 실린더헤드 냉각시스템의 수온이 소정수온에 달한 상태에서 상기 실린더헤드 냉각시스템의 냉각능력을 높이도록 동작하는 냉각수온 조정수단이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진의 냉각장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
