Abstract
비닐 아세테이트 제조에 사용되는 팔라듐 및 팔라듐/금 쉘형 촉매의 제조 방법에 있어서, 환원제를 사용하여 환원시키기 전에 바륨염을 사용하여 담지체 상에 수불용성 팔라듐 및 임의의 금 화합물을 침전시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 바륨염 첨가제는 촉매에 도입되어 환원 후 촉매가 사용시에 불활성화되는 정도를 감소시킬 수도 있다.

제1도 내지 제4도는 사용되는 촉매의 비닐 아세테이트 제조에 있어서의 활성을 그래프 형태로 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (15)
- 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소 함유 기체로부터 비닐 아세테이트를 제조하는데 사용하며 촉매 담지체상에 침착된 팔라듐 및 임의의 금을 함유하는 쉘형 함침 촉매의 제조 방법에 있어서, (1) 촉매 담지체를 수용성 팔라듐 및 임의의 금 화합물의 수용액에 함침시키고, (2) 단계(1)의 함침된 담지체를 수용성 팔라듐 및 임의의 금 화합물과 반응할 수 있는 바륨염 웅액과 접촉시켜 담지체 상에 수불용성 팔라듐 및 임의의 금 화합물을 침전시키고, (3) 단계(2)에서 형성된 침전된 수불용성 팔라듐 및 임의의 금 화합물을 환원제로 처리함으로써 팔라듐 및 임의의 금 금속으로 전환시키고, (4) 단계(3)의 생성물을 물로 세척하고, (5) 단계(4)의 생성물을 프로모터 및 임의의 바륨염 첨가제와 접촉시키고 촉매를 건조시키는 단계로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(2)에서 사용된 바륨염이 수산화바륨을 함유하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(2)에서 사용된 바륨염의 양을 함침된 담지체를 바륨염 용액과 12∼24시간 접촉시킨 후, 용액의 pH가 25℃에서 6.5∼9.5이도록 선택하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(1)에서 촉매 담지체를 단계(5)에서 최종 촉매 생성물 1ℓ당 1.65∼12.5g의 팔라듐이 제공되도록 하는 양의 수용성 팔라듐 화합물 용액에 함침시키는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(1)에서 촉매 담지체를 단계(5)에서 최종 촉매 생성물 1ℓ당 0.38∼7.6g의 금이 제공되도록 하는 양의 수용성 금 화합물 용액에 함침시키는 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계(1)에서 촉매 담지체를 단계(5)에서 최종 촉매 생성물 1ℓ당 0.38∼7.6g의 금이 제공되도록 하는 양의 수용성 금 화합물 수용액에 함침시키는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 담지체가 평균 입경이 약 3∼7mm이고, 기공 부피가 약 0.2∼1.5m1/g이며 표면적이 50∼800㎡/g인 실리카를 함유하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(5)에서, 최종 촉매 생성물 중에서 아세테이트로서 0.1∼9 중랑 %가 제공되도록 하는 양의 바륨염 첨가제를 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계(5)에서, 최종 촉매 생성물 중에서 아세테이트로서 0.1∼9중량 %가 제공되도록 하는 양의 바륨염 첨가제를 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 단계(5)에서, 최종 촉매 생성물 중에서 아세테이트로서 0.1∼9중량%가 제공되도록 하는 양의 바륨염 첨가제를 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단계(5)에서 최종 촉매 생성물 중에서 아세테이트로서 0.1∼9중량%가 제공되도록 하는 양의 바륨염 첨가제를 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 바륨염 첨가제가 아세트산바륨을 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단계(5)에서, 최종 촉매 생성물 중에서 아세테이트로서 1∼9중량%가 제공되도록 하는 양으로 프로모터로서 아세트산칼륨을 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 단계(5)에서, 최종 촉매 생성물 중에서 아세테이트로서 1∼9중량%가 제공되도록 하는 양으로 프로모터로서 아세트산칼륨을 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소 함유 기체를 100∼200℃에서 대기압∼20bar의 압력하에 제1내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 쉘형 함침 촉매와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 비닐 아세테 이트의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
