Claims (12)

  1. 활성 형태의 할로겐화 마그네슘을 포함하고, 이 할로겐화 마그네슘상에 담지된, 할로겐화 티탄 또는 티탄 할로겐 알콜레이트 및 하기식 (I)의 1,3-디케톤에서 선택된 전자 공여 화합물물 포함하며, 표준 방법을 사용하여 제조할때, 촉매 성분상에 고정되는 성질을 지닌 상기 1, 3-디케톤이 상기 촉매 성분상에 담지된 1, 3-디케톤과 티탄 사이의 몰비가 0.1 이상이 되도록 하는 양으로 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 고형촉매성분.
    [상기 식중, R라디칼은 동일 또는 상이하고, RI라디칼도 동일 또는 상이하며 R및 Rl은 C1∼C20알킬, C3-C20시클로알킬, C6∼C20아릴, C7∼C20아릴알킬 또는 알킬아릴 라디칼 또는 수소이고, 단, 1개 이상의 R라디칼은 수소가 아니며, 다른 R 라디칼과 결합하여 고리형 구조를 이룰 수 있으며, 서로 결합하여 고리형 구조를 이루지 않는 1개 이상의 라디칼 RI은 측쇄알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 아릴 라디칼이거나, 1또는 2개의 R 라디칼과 결합하여 고리형 구조를 형성한다].
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐화 마그네슘이 염화 마그네슘이고, 할로겐화 티탄이 사염차 티탄임을 특징으로 하는 고형 촉매 성분.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하기식 (Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅲ)의 1,3-티케톤에서 전자 공여 화합물을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 고형 촉매 성분 :
    [상기 식중, 1개 이상의 Rl라디칼은 동일 또는 상이하며, 카르보닐기에 결합된 3급 또는 4급 탄소원자를 지닌 측쇄 C3∼C20라디칼 이거나, C3-Cl8시클로알킬 또는 C6∼C18아릴 라디칼이고, 다른 Rl라디칼은 전술한 바와 같거나, Cl∼C20알킬, C4∼C20시클로알킬 또는 C7∼C20아릴알킬 라디칼이고 ; R은 Cl∼Cl2알킬, Cl∼Cl2알킬, C3∼Cl2시클로알킬, C6-Cl2아릴 또는 C4∼Cl2시클로알킬라디칼 이거나; 1개 이상의 Rl라디칼이 R 라디칼에 결합하여 고리형 구조를 형성한다]

  4. 제3항에 있어서, 2.2,4,6,6-펜타메틸 -3,5-헵탄디온 및 2,2,6,6-테트라메틸 -4-에틸-3,5-헬탄디온 에서 전자 공여 화합물을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 고형 촉매 성분.
  5. Al-알킬 화합물과 제1항에서 청구된 고형 촉매 성분간의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 외부 전자 공여 화합물을 촉매에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 2.2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘, 2,2,5,5-테트라메틸피롤리딘; Al-디에틸-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리다이드, Al-디클로로모노페녹시 및 하기식의 화합물로 부터 외부 전자 공여체를 선택함을 특징으로 하는 촉매 :

    [상기 식에서, R은 C1∼C20알킬, C2∼C20알켄, C6∼C20아릴, C7∼C20아릴알킬 또는 C3∼C20시크로알킬이고; Y는 -OR', -OCOR', -NR'2라디칼(여기에서, R'는 R과 동일 또는 상이하며 R과 동일한 의미를 갖는다)이며; X는 할로겐 또는 수소원자 이거나 -OCOR" 또는 -NR"2기 (여기에서, R"는 R'과 동일 또는 상이하고, R'과 동일한 의미를 갖는다)이고; m, n 및 p는 m이 0∼3, n이 1∼4, p가 0∼1인 수이며, m+n+p=4이다).

  9. 하기식 (Ⅱ)의 1,3-디케톤 화합물 :
