Abstract
하기식의 1,3-디케톤에서 선택된 전자 공여 화합물, 티탄 화합물 및 활성형태의 할로켄화 마그네슘을 포함하는 고형 촉매성분과 Al-알킬 화합물간의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매를 개시한다.
[상기 식중, R라디칼은 동일 또는 상이하고, RI라디칼도 동일 또는 상이하며 R및 Rl은 Cl∼C40알킬, C3-C20시클로알릴, C6-C20아킬, C7-C20아릴알킬 또는 알킬아릴 라디칼 또는 수소이고, 단, 1개 이상의 R라디칼은 수소가 아니며, 다른 R라디칼과 결합하여 고리형 구조를 이룰 수 있으며, 서로 결합하여 고리형 구조를 이루지 않는 1개 이상의 라디칼 RI은 측쇄알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 아릴 라디칼이거나, 1또는 2개의 R라디칼과 결합하여 고리형 구조를 형성한다].

Claims (12)
- 활성 형태의 할로겐화 마그네슘을 포함하고, 이 할로겐화 마그네슘상에 담지된, 할로겐화 티탄 또는 티탄 할로겐 알콜레이트 및 하기식 (I)의 1,3-디케톤에서 선택된 전자 공여 화합물물 포함하며, 표준 방법을 사용하여 제조할때, 촉매 성분상에 고정되는 성질을 지닌 상기 1, 3-디케톤이 상기 촉매 성분상에 담지된 1, 3-디케톤과 티탄 사이의 몰비가 0.1 이상이 되도록 하는 양으로 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 고형촉매성분.[상기 식중, R라디칼은 동일 또는 상이하고, RI라디칼도 동일 또는 상이하며 R및 Rl은 C1∼C20알킬, C3-C20시클로알킬, C6∼C20아릴, C7∼C20아릴알킬 또는 알킬아릴 라디칼 또는 수소이고, 단, 1개 이상의 R라디칼은 수소가 아니며, 다른 R 라디칼과 결합하여 고리형 구조를 이룰 수 있으며, 서로 결합하여 고리형 구조를 이루지 않는 1개 이상의 라디칼 RI은 측쇄알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 아릴 라디칼이거나, 1또는 2개의 R 라디칼과 결합하여 고리형 구조를 형성한다].
- 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐화 마그네슘이 염화 마그네슘이고, 할로겐화 티탄이 사염차 티탄임을 특징으로 하는 고형 촉매 성분.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기식 (Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅲ)의 1,3-티케톤에서 전자 공여 화합물을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 고형 촉매 성분 :[상기 식중, 1개 이상의 Rl라디칼은 동일 또는 상이하며, 카르보닐기에 결합된 3급 또는 4급 탄소원자를 지닌 측쇄 C3∼C20라디칼 이거나, C3-Cl8시클로알킬 또는 C6∼C18아릴 라디칼이고, 다른 Rl라디칼은 전술한 바와 같거나, Cl∼C20알킬, C4∼C20시클로알킬 또는 C7∼C20아릴알킬 라디칼이고 ; R은 Cl∼Cl2알킬, Cl∼Cl2알킬, C3∼Cl2시클로알킬, C6-Cl2아릴 또는 C4∼Cl2시클로알킬라디칼 이거나; 1개 이상의 Rl라디칼이 R 라디칼에 결합하여 고리형 구조를 형성한다][상기 식중, R및 Rl라디칼은 동일 또는 상이하고, Cl∼C20알킬, C3-C20시클로알킬, C6∼C20아릴, C4∼C20시클로알킬알킬 또는 C7-C20아릴알킬 라디칼에서 선택되거나, R 라디칼이 서로 결합하여 고리형 구조를 이루고, 단, 1개 이상의 RI은 촉쇄알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 아릴 라디칼이거나, 1개 이상의 Rl라디칼이 1또는 2개의 R 라디칼과 결합하여 고리형 구조를 형성한다].
- 제3항에 있어서, 2.2,4,6,6-펜타메틸 -3,5-헵탄디온 및 2,2,6,6-테트라메틸 -4-에틸-3,5-헬탄디온 에서 전자 공여 화합물을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 고형 촉매 성분.
- Al-알킬 화합물과 제1항에서 청구된 고형 촉매 성분간의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 외부 전자 공여 화합물을 촉매에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.

- 제6항에 있어서, 외부 전자 공여체가 하기식의 1,3-디에테르임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 :[상기 식중 R, Rl, RⅡ, RⅢ, RⅣ및 Rv는 동일 또는 상이하고, H 또는 탄소수 1∼18의, 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴 또는 아릴알킬 라디칼이며 : RⅥ및 RⅦ는 수소를 제외하고, R∼Rv의 라디칼과 동일한 의미를 지니며: 단. R및 Rl라디칼의 1개 이상은 수소와 다르며, Rl-Rv의 라디칼이 수소이고. RⅥ과 RⅦ이 메틸인 경우, R은 메틸이 아니고: R∼RⅦ라디칼의 1개 이상이 결합하여 고리형 구조를 이룰수 있다].
- 하기식 (Ⅱ)의 1,3-디케톤 화합물 :[상기 식중, 1개 이상외 Rl라디칼은 동일 또는 상이하며, 카르보닌기에 결합된 3급 또는 4급 탄소원자를 지닌 측쇄 C3-C20라디칼 이거나, C3-Cl8시클로알킬 또는 C6∼C18아필 라디칼이고, 다른 Rl라디칼은 전술한 바와 같거나, C1-C20알킬, C4∼C20시클로알킬 또는 C7∼C2O아릴알킬 라디칼이고; R은 Cl∼C12알킬, C3∼Cl2시클로알킬, C6∼C12아릴 또는 C4∼C12시클로알킬라디칼 이거나; 1개 이상의 Rl라디칼이 R 라디칼에 결합하여 고리형 구조틀 형성한다].
- 하기식(Ⅲ)의 1,3-디케톤 화합물 :[상기 식중, R및 Rl라디칼은 동일 또는 상이하고, Cl∼C20알킬, C3-C2O시클로알킬, C6∼C2O아릴, C4∼C20시클로알킬알킬 또는 C7-C20아릴알킬 라디칼이거나, R 라디칼이 서로 결합하여 고리형 구조를 이루고, 단, 1개 이상의 Rl라디칼은 측쇄알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 아릴 라디칼이거나, 1개 이상의 RI라디칼이 1 또는 2개의 R 라디칼과 결합하여 고리형 구조를 형성한다].
