Abstract
본 발명에 관계되는 스크류식 탈수기는 내통(1)과 외통(2) 사이에 형성된 환형상공간실(3)내에 코일형상 스크류(4)가 회전자재하게 배치되고, 또 내통(1) 및/또는 외통(2)에 배수용 스크린부(5),(12)가 설치된 것에 있어서, 코일형상스크류(4)의 일단부의 외주면에 지지링(16)이 부착되고, 이 지지링(16)이 외통(2)측으로 회전자재하게 지지되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 관한 스크류탈수기의 단면도이다.
Claims (3)
- 동일 축심으로 배치된 내통(1) 및 외통(2)과, 이 내통과 외통 사이에 형성되는 환형상공간실(3)과, 상기한 외통의 일단에 설치된 피탈수물(a)의 투입구(9)와, 상기한 환형상공간실의 일단측에 형성되는 피탈수물의 배출구(10),(40)와, 상기한 환형상공간실 내에 회전자재하게 배치된 투입구로부터 환형상공간실 내로 투입된 피탈수물(a)을 상기한 배출구로 향하여 이송하는 코일형상스크류(4)를 보유하고, 상기한 환형상공 간실의 타단측이 피탈수물을 압착하여서, 상기한 내통 및/또는 외통에 설치된 배수용 스크린부(5),(12)로부터 외부로 수분을 배출하는 탈수존(3a)으로 되고, 상기한 환형상공간실의 타단측이 피탈수물을 압착하는 플러그존(3b)으로 되는 스크류식 탈수기에 있어서, 상기한 코일형상스크류의 일단부측의 외주면에 지지링(16)이 부착되고, 이 지지링(16)은 외통측에 회전자재하게 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류식 탈수기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코일형상스크류(4)의 지지링(16)의 부착개소로부터 일단측의 두께를 타단측부분의 두께보다도 굵게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스큐류식 탈수기.
- 동일 축심으로 배치된 내통(31) 및 외통(32)과, 이 내통과 외통 사이에 형성되는 환형상공간실(33)과, 상기한 외통의 일단측에 설치된 피탈수물(a)의 투입구(3a)와, 상기한 환형상공간실의 일단측에 형성되는 피탈수물의 배출구(40)와, 상기한 환형상공간실에 투입된 피탈수물을 상기한 배출구로 향하여 이송하는 코일형상스크류(34)를 보유하고, 상기한 환형상공간실의 일단측이 피탈수물을 압착하여서 상기한 내통 및/또는 외통에 설치된 배수용 스크린부(35),(42)로부터 외부로 수분을 배출하는 탈수존(33a)으로 되고, 상기한 환형상공간실의 타단측이 피탈수물을 압착하는 플러그존(33b)으로 되는 스크류식 탈수기에 있어서, 상기한 배출구로부터 외통내로 회전축체(49)를 삽입하고, 이 회전축체의 일단부를 코일형상스크류의 일단부에 연결하는 동시에, 회전축체의 타단부를 지지부재(56)에 의해 지지케하여서 상기한 회전축체를 회전시키는 회전 구동장치(36)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류식 탈수기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
