Abstract

지료정선장치에서 스크린을 통과하지 못하는 유용지료의 양을 감소하게 한 지료정선장치를 제공함을 특징으로 하고 있다.
지료정선장치(1)에 있어서는, 지료를 받아 들여서 저류(貯留)하는 통(3)과, 이 통(3)의 속을 1차실(15)와 2차실(16)으로 분할하는 원통형상(圓筒刑狀)의 스크린(14)와, 1차실(15)내에 마련되어 스크린(14)에 대향하여 배치된 원통형 회전체(9)와, 이 원통형 회전체(9)와 같은 회전축(92)에 장착되어 통(3)의 지료의 받아 들임 쪽으로 부터 먼 위치에 마련된 회전체(19)와, 이 회전체(19)측으로 부터 통(3)안의 전기의 1차실(15)에 물을 공급하는 물 공급관(7)과, 이 물 공급관(7)에 마련된 물 공급용 밸브(10)과, 회전체(19)측으로부터 통(3)안의 1차실(15)내의 지료를 배출하는 배출관(8)과, 이 배출관(8)에 마련된 배출용 밸브(10')를 구비한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 지료를 받아 들여 저류하는 통과, 이 통의 속을 1차실과 2차실로 분할하는 원통형상의 스크린과, 전기 1차실 내에 마련되어 전기 스크린에 대향하여 배치된 원통형 회전체와, 이 원통형 회전체와 같은 회전축에 장착되어 전기 통의 지료의 받아 들임 측으로부터 먼 위치에 마련된 회전체와, 이 회전체 측으로부터 전기 통 내의 전기 1차실에 물을 공급하는 물 공급관과, 이 물공급관에 마련된 물 공급용 밸브와, 전기 회전체 측으로부터 전기 통내의 전기 1차실 내의 자료를 배출하는 배출관과, 이 배출관에 마련된 배출용 밸브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 지료 정선장치.
  2. 지료를 받아 들여 저류하는 통과, 이 통의 속을 1차실과 2차실로 분할하는 원통형상의 스크린과, 전기 1차실 내에 마련되어 전기 스크린에 대향하여 배치된 원통형 회전체와, 이 원통형 회전체와 같은 회전축에 장착되어 전기 통의 지료의 받아 들임 측으로부터 먼 위치에 마련된 회전체와, 이 회전체 측으로부터 전기 통 내의 전기 1차실에 물을 공급하는 물 공급관과, 이 물공급관에 마련된 물 공급용 밸브와, 전기 회전체 측으로부터 전기 통내의 전기 1차실 내의 지료를 배출하는 배출관과, 이 배출관과 전기 1차실을 접속하는 순환통로와, 이 순환통로내에 마련된 순환용 밸브와, 전기 배출관에 마련되어 전기 순환통로의 일부를 구성하지 않는 위치에 마련된 배출용 밸브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 지료정선장치.
