본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는, 내지 제3도는 본 발명의 한 실시예를 나타내는 것으로서,
제1도는 압축기의 측단면도,
제2도는 실린더내를 일부 생략해 확대 한 측단면도,
제3도는 브레이드주변부의 압력의 작용을 나타내는 동일한 측단면도,
제4도는 변형예를 나타내는 측단면도,
제5도는 변형에의 압축기의 특성을 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (2)

  1. 한 단부가 흡입쪽, 다른 단부가 토출쪽에 규정된 실린더(26)와 이 실린더의 내부로 편심되어 배치되며 또 바깥둘레에 나선형의 홈(40)이 형성되어 실린더에 대해 상대운동을 행하는 피스톤과 이 피스톤의 홈에 섭동되어 출입이 자유롭게 끼워 넣어지며 그 바깥둘레 단부(28a)가 실린더의 내면에 밀착되어 접하는 나선상의 브레이드(28)로 이루어지며 피압축유체를 실린더의 흡입측에서 토출측으로 이송되면서 압축하는 것으로 구동시에 브레이드가 피스톤과의 국부적인 사이에서 측압에 노출되는 유체압축기에 있어서, 전술한 피스톤(27)은 전술한 브레이드와 전술한 피스톤 사이에 걸리는 국부적인 측압의 발생을 방지하는 장치를 재차 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
  2. 전술한 측압의 발생을 방지하는 장치는 전술한 브레이드를 그 바깥둘레단부가 실린더의 토출측을 향하도록 전술한 나선상의 홈을 비스듬하게 설치해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
