Claims (5)

  1. 일단부에 시험할 튜브를 삽입하기 위한 유입구가 형성되어 있는 중공본체와, 이 중공본체의 내부에 형성된 실린더와, 이 실린더내에 슬라이드 가능하게 배설된 피스톤과, 상기 본체에 결합되고 상기 유입구에 인접하게 배치되어, 상기 본 체내로의 튜브의 삽입을 허용하고 삽입 후에는 상기 튜브를 제위치에 고정시키도록 작동 가능한 튜브고정수단과, 상기 피스톤의 일단에 형성되어 내부에 시일을 수용 및 보유시키도록 작용하는 체임버와, 상기 피스톤과 상기 본체 사이의 상기 체임버내에 배치되고, 시험할 튜브의 외주부를 에워싸도록 작용하는 압축성의 환형 시일과, 개방위치에 위치 가능함과 동시에 폐쇄위치로 이동가능하며 상기 피스톤과 함께 작용하고, 상기 피스톤을 상기 중공본체에 대해 상대 이동시켜 상기 피스톤과 상기 본체 사이에서 상기 체임버내에 위치된 상기 시일을 압축시키는 것에 의해 상기 시일을 시험할 상기 튜브의 외주부에 접촉시켜 상기 튜브와 시일을 유지시키도록 작용하는 캠레버와, 상기 튜브와 상기 피스톤 사이에 형성된 상기 체임버와 연통하고, 튜브 연결장치의 가압시에 상기 압력이 상기 체임버내로 공급되어 상기 체임버에 보유되어 있는 상기 시일에 대해 작용하는 것에 의해 상기 시일의 압축이 증가되어 시일효과를 증가시키는 유체통로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 유체통로가 상기 피스톤을 통해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 내부에 요부가 형성되어 있고, 이 요부내에는 탄성가압부재가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤에 형성된 상기 체임버가 환형으로 되어 있고, 상기 피스톤의 내벽이 상기 체임버의 방사형 외벽을 형성하며, 상기 체임버의 깊이는 비압축상태에 있을 때의 상기 시일의 깊이보다 약간 더 크게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캠레버는 고정위치에 있을때 상기 피스톤의 일부 위에 위치하도록 U자형으로 되어 있는 핸들을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결장치.
