Claims (9)

  1. 적어도 하나의 실린더를 가지며 적어도 부분적으로 압축개스로 충전된 하우징(1)과; 시린더에 스라이딩이 가능하게 배열되어 있으며 시린더의 내벽(7)에 밀폐물(6)을 가지고 접하고 있으며 2개의 하우징공간(17,20)으로 분리하는 피스톤이 하우징(1)의 일단에 대하여 밀봉되며, 하우징의 일단으로부터 밖으로 뻗쳐 있는 피스톤 롯드(8)에 연결되어 있는 그러한 피스톤(5)와; 열려진 위치에 있는 밸브(9)를 가지는 하우징(1)에서 개스압력(P)에 의하여 밸브핀에 작용하는 힘(P)에 대항하여 움직일 수 있고 상기의 힘(P)에 의하여 닫혀진 위치로 움직일 수 있으며 하우징 공간(17),(20)을 연결하거나 분리하기 위한 그러한 밸브핀(34)를 가지며, 밸브(19)의 열려진 상태에서 밸브핀(34)를 고정하기 위한 영구 이완설비를 포함하는 길이 조정이 가능한 개스 스프링에 있어서, 이 영구 이완 설비(41)는 밸브(34)에 연결되고 그리고 하우징(1)안으로 삽입하는 것에 의하여 작동이 가능하며 밸브와 일체로 되어 있는 쌍안정 쇄정설비에 의하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스 스프링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 쇄정설비는 기계적인 플립-플롭의 방법으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스 스프링.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 쇄정설비는 밸브(19)와 일체로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스 스프링.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 쇄정설비는 밸브핀(34)와 연결된 안내부재 안내핀(52)를 위한 경사진 안내면(54,56,59,61)을 가지며 상기의 면은 밸브핀을 하우징(1) 안으로 압입할때 마다 교대하면서 상부의 정지위치(a) 또는 하부의 쇄정위치(e)에 가져와지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스스프링.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 안내면(54,56,59,61)은 각각 환형시린더 단면으로 구성되어 있으며 밸브핀(34)와 안내면(54,56,59,61) 사이에서 회전운동을 일으키는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스 스프링.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 안내면(54,59 내지 56,61)은 서로가 대항하여 2개의 안내부분(42,43)에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스 스프링.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 안내부분들(42,43)은 서로에 대하여 상대적으로 회전되어질 수 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스 스프링.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상부의 안내부분(42)에 있는 상부지정위치(a)는 하부의 안내부분(43)에 하부의 압력점을 형성하는 중간위치(b)에 소속되어지며, 이들 사이에서 안내핀(34)는 회전운동없이 이동되어질 수 있으며 여기서 중간위치(b)에서는 밸브(19)가 열려져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스 스프링.
  9. 밸브(19)가 피스톤 롯드 출구에 대향하여 있는 하우징(1)의 단부에 배열되고 밸브핀(34)를 수용하고 안내하는 밸브몸체(22)를 가지는 제1항에 있어서, 쇄정설비는 밸브몸체(22)에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스 스프링.
