Abstract

본 발명은 패널(14)의 구멍(12)에 장착되는 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체에 관한 것이다. 상기 조립체는 대웅 전기 요소와 결합되기 위해 패널의 제 1 면(32)로부터 적어도 패널의 제 2 면(34)까지 구멍을 통해 삽입되게 되어 있는 전방 결합 단부(24)를 갖는 커넥터 하우징(16)을 포함한다. 로킹 아암(36)들이 하우징을 구멍에 장착하기 위해 하우징으로부터 돌출한다. 밀봉 덮개(10)이 제 1 면의 후방에서 하우징과 맞물리고 구멍을 둘러싸는 패널을 향해 연장되어 그와 맞물린다. 탄성 플랜지(42)가 하우징의 주연의 상당 부분을 둘러싸고 패널의 제 1 면에 대해 바이어스 되게 되어 있다. 밀봉 덮개는 하우지의 플랜지와 구멍을 둘러싸는 패널의 제 1 면 사이에 수용되게 되어 있는 전방 주연 립(56)을 포함하며, 플랜지가 립을 제 1 면에 대해 탄성적으로 바이어스 되게 하고 구멍 주변의 밀봉을 제공하게 한다.

제 1 도는 본 발명에 의한 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체의 분해 사시도, 제 2 도는 패널의 구멍에 장착된 커넥터 조립체를 도시하는 패널 및 밀봉 덮개의 수직 단면도, 제 3 도는 제 2 도의 선 3-3을 따라 취한 밀봉 덮개의 수평 단면도로써, 이해를 돕기 위해 커넥터 하우징의 평면도와 함께 도시한 도면.

Claims (9)

  1. 대응 전기 요소와 결합되기 위해 패널의 제 1 면으로부터 적어도 패널의 제 2 면까지 구멍을 통해 삽입되게 되어 있는 전방 결합 단부를 갖는 커넥터 하우징과, 하우징을 구멍에 장착하기 위해 하우징과 패널 사이에 제공되는 상호 맞물림 로킹수단과, 하우징과 상기 제 1 면의 후방에서 맞물리고 구멍을 둘러싸고 주위로부터 보호하도록 패널을 향해 연장되어 패널과 맞물리는 밀봉 덮개를 포함하는, 패널의 구멍에 장착하기 위한 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체에 있어서, 하우징의 주연의 상당부분을 둘러싸고 패널의 제 1 면에 대해 바이어스 되게 되어 있는 탄성 플랜지 수단을 포함하고, 밀봉 덮개는 하우징의 플랜지 수단과 구멍을 둘러싸는 패널의 제 1 면 사이에 수용되게 되어 있는 전방부를 포함하여, 플랜지 수단이 전방부를 제 1 면에 대해 탄성적으로 바이어스 되게 하여 구멍 둘레를 주위로부터 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징이 다수의 측벽을 가지고, 상기 탄성 플랜지 수단이 각각의 측벽에서 외측으로 돌출하는 다수의 개별적인 탄성 플랜지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징이 적어도 2개의 대향 측벽을 포함하고, 상기 로킹 수단이 상기 측벽들로부터 돌출되고 구멍의 주연에서 패널과의 로킹 결합을 위해 상기 플랜지 수단을 통해 연장되는 한쌍의 로킹 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 로킹 수단이 탄성 플랜지 수단의 개구 수단을 통해 하우징으로부터 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징이 다수의 측벽들을 포함하고, 상기 탄성 플랜지 수단이 각각의 측벽으로부터 외측으로 돌출하는 다수의 개별적인 탄성 플랜지를 포함하고, 상기 로킹 수단이 측벽들로부터 돌출되고 구멍의 주연에서 패널과의 로킹 결합을 위해 플랜지의 개구 수단을 통해 연장되는 다수의 로킹 부재들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 밀봉 덮개의 상기 전방부가 구멍을 둘러싸고 제 1 면과 플랜지 수단 사이에서 하우징을 향해 내측으로 지향된 타성 립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 덮개가 하우징을 둘러싸는 후방부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 하우징이 후방 단부를 포함하고, 밀봉 덮개의 상기 후방부가 하우징의 후방단부를 견고히 감싸게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체.
  9. 패널의 제 1 면으로부터, 적어도 패널의 제 2 면까지 구멍을 통해 삽입되게 되어 있는 전방 결합 단부를 갖는 커넥터 하우징과, 하우징을 구멍에 고정하는 로킹 수단과, 상기 제 1 면의 후방에서 하우징과 맞물리는 밀봉 덮개를 포함하는, 패널의 구멍에 장착하기 위한 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체에 있어서, 하우징의 외측으로 돌출되고 패널의 제 1 면에 대해 바이어스되게 되어 있는 탄성 수단을 포함하고, 밀봉 덮개는 하우징의 탄성 수단과 패널의 제 1 면 사이에 수용되게 되어 있는 전방부를 포함하여 밀봉 덮개의 전방부를 제 1 면에 대해 바이어스되게 하여 구멍 둘레를 주변으로부터 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 장착 밀봉 전기 커넥터 조립체.
