Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 상부차체구조, 특히 프런트필터주위의 구조에 관한 것으로서, 대시패널과 프런트필터와의 결합강도를 증대시키고, 프런트필터의 비틀림강성을 향상시킬 수 있는 자동차의 상부차체구조를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 필터외부패널(2)과, 프런트필터보강부재(17)와, 힌지필터보강부재(18)와, 필터내부패널(3)을 순차적으로 접합해서 프런트필터(1)를 형성하는 것이고, 프런트필터(1)의 만곡부내부에 제2거싯(19)을 배설하고, 제2거싯(19)의 장착프랜재(194)의 필터내부패널(3) 및 필터내부패널(3)의 차실내쪽면에 배설된 제1거싯(13)을 중합시켜서 보울트(20)에 의해서 고정하고 있고, 제2거싯(19)은, 세로벽부(191)와, 세로벽부(191)에 대략 직교해서 뻗는 대략 직4각형의 가로벽부(192)와, 차체안쪽에 위치한 반대쪽가장자리의 일부를 절곡해서 형성된 장착플랜지(194)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

제3도는 프런트필터부 근처의 안쪽사시도,
제4도는 프런트필터의 요부확대안쪽사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 대시상부패널과, 필터내부패널과 필터외부패널을 접합해서 중공폐쇄단면으로 형성된 프런트필터를 결합하는 구조에 있어서, 대시상부패널에 배설된 차폭방향으로 뻗는 제1거싯과, 프런트필터상부내 폐쇄단면을 전후방향으로 분할하는 세로벽을 가지고, 이 세로벽으로부터 필터내부패널을 따라서 뻗는 장착플랜지를 가진 제2거싯을 구비하고, 대시상부패널과 필터내부패널을 제1거싯 및 제2거싯을 개재해서 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 상부차체구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2거싯에, 프런트필터내 폐쇄단면을 상하방향으로 분할하는 가로벽을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 상부차체구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2거싯의 필터내부패널을 따른 장착플랜지를 세로벽과 가로벽의 양자에 걸쳐서 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 상부차체구조.
