Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 전면부에 설치되는 대쉬판넬의 취부구조에 관한 것으로서, 부품수를 줄여 주고 공정이 단축되도록 하기 위해, 상단부가 실내측 상부로 절곡 연장되어 상부와 하부가 일체로 형성되는 대쉬판넬(20)의 중간 절곡부에 보강판(30)의 일단부가 용착되고, 상기 보강판의 타단부가 외측으로 연장되어, 상기 보강판의 타단부에 카울판넬(13)의 하단부가 플랜지에 의해 용착되도록 구성하여, 보강판(30)의 양단부에 대쉬판넬(20)과 카울판넬(13)이 각기 용접되어, 결합면의 용접성 및 기밀성이 향상되도록 하므로, 시일 도포공정이 필요 없도록 하고, 구조가 간단하도록 하는 자동차 전면부의 차체구조이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상단부가 실내측 상부로 절곡 연장되어 상부와 하부가 일체로 형성되는 대쉬판넬의 중간 절곡부에 보강판의 일단부가 용착되고, 상기 보강판의 타단부가 외측으로 연장되어, 상기 보강판의 타단부에 카울판넬의 하단부가 플랜지에 의해 용착됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전면부의 차체구조.
