Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 전면부 취부구조에 관한 것으로서, 차량의 전면에 취부되는 카울프론트판넬(10)을 하단부로 절곡 연장 형성하여 플로어보강판(50)에의해 폐단면이 형성된 플로어(20)의 일측단부에 취부하고, 상기 카울프론트판넬(10)의 배면에는 별도의 제2크로스멤버 프론트판넬(40)과 제1크로스멤버프론트판넬(30)이 접하며 취부되어 폐단면이 형성되며, 상기 카울프론트판넬(10)의 정면 상부에는 카울그린(60)이 취부되어, 차량의 전방에 설치되는 카울프론트판넬(10)이 플로어보강판(50)에 의해 폐단면을 갖으며 형성된 플로어(20)에 카울프론트판넬(10)이 직접취부되고, 배면부에는 제1크로스멤버프론트판넬(30)과 제2크로스멤버프론트판넬(40)이 폐단면을 형성하며 취부되어 차체의 강성이 향상되고, 상기 카울프론트판넬(10)의 일측면에 별도의 카울그릴(60)이 설치되어 차량의 외관미를 향상시키어 주게됨은 물론, 별도의 브라켓(60)을 취부하도록 하는 시일(80)작업을 수행하지 않아도 되므로 부품 및 작업공정이 감소하여 작업성이 향상됨은 물론 제작시 원가도 저감되도록 하는 자동차의 전면부 취부구조이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차량의 전면에 취부되는 카울프론트판넬(10)을 하단부로 절곡 연장 형성하여 플로어보강판(50)에 의해 폐단면이 형성된 플로어(20)의 일측단부에 취부하고, 상기 카울프론트판넬(10)의 배면에는 별도의 제2크로스멤버프론트판넬(40)과 제1크로스멤버프론트판넬(30)이 접하며 취부되어 폐단면이 형성되며, 상기 카울프론트판넬(10)의 정면 상부에는 카울그릴(60)이 취부됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 전면부 취부구조.
