Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 시트에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 시트를 차체에 간단히 끼움·결합시킴으로써 제품 생산시의 조립작업이 손쉬울 뿐만 아니라 조립시간 및 공정을 줄일 수 있는 자동차용 시트의 차체 결합구조에 관한 것이다.
자동차용 시트의 차체 결합구조에 있어서, 차체에 결합되고 지지공(32)과 삽입공(34)을 갖는 보강판넬(30)과, 일측은 시트 어드저스터(10)에 고정·결합되고 타측은 상기 삽입공(34)에 삽입되어 상기 지지공(32)과 일치되는 결합공(22)과 상기 결합공(22)의 이면에 고정·결합된 용착나사(24)를 갖는 시트 마운팅 브라켓(20)과, 그리고 상기 보강판넬(30)의 지지공(32)과 상기 시트 마운링 브라켓(20)의 결합공(22)에 결합되고 상기 용착나사(24)에 의해 체결되는 고정볼트(40)를 구비하여서 된 것이다.

제2도는 본 발명의 실시예를 나타낸 것으로서, (가)는 지지공과 삽입공이 형성된 보강판넬의 모습을 나타낸 사시도, (나)는 본 발명의 시트 마운팅 브라켓의 결합된 상태를 나타낸 측단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차용 시트의 차체 결합구조에 있어서, 차체에 결합되고 지지공(32)과 삽입공(34)을 갖는 보강판넬(30); 일측은 시트 어드저스터(10)에 고정·결합되고 타측은 상기 삽입공(34)에 삽입되어 상기 지지공(32)과 일치되는 결합공(22)과 상기 결합공(22)의 이면에 고정·결합된 용착나사(24)를 갖는 시트 마운팅 브라켓(20); 그리고, 상기 보강판넬(30)의 지지공(32)과 상기 시트마운팅 브라켓(20)의 결합공(22)에 결합되고 상기 용착나사(24)에 의해 체결되는 고정볼트(40)를 구비하여서 된 자동차용 시트의 차체 결합구조.
