Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 전면부 취부구조에 관한 것으로서, 자동차의 전면에 설치되는 카울프론트판넬(10)의 일측상부에 대쉬판넬(40)의 일측단부가 취부되고, 상기 카울프론트판넬(10)의 타측 하단부는 차량의 내측으로 절곡되며 내삽되어 로우얼카울(30)의 일측부가 취부되며, 상기 로우얼카울(30)의 타측부는 대쉬판넬(40)의 일측부에 취부되고, 상기 대쉬판넬(40)의 타측단부는 크로스프론트판넬(50)의 일측부에 취부되고, 상기 크로스프론트판넬(50)의 타측부는 플로어(20)의 일측단부에 폐단면을 갖도록 취부된 플로어보강판(70)에 취부하여, 차량의 전방에 설치되는 카울프론트판넬(10)이 플로어보강판(70)에 의해 폐단면을 갖은며 형성된 플로어(20)에 취부된 크로스프론트판넬(50)에 일측단부가 취부된 대쉬판넬(40)에 의해 지지되어 차체의 강성이 향상되어, 차체의 중량이 저감되고, 상기 카울프론트판넬(10)의 일측면에 별도의 리어카울판넬(20)을 설치할 필요가 없게 되므로 부품 및 작업공정이 감소하여 작업성이 향상됨은 물론 제작시 원가도 저감되도록 하는 자동차의 전면부 취부구조이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 전면에 설치되는 카울프론트판넬(10)의 일측상부에 대쉬판넬(40)의 일측단부가 취부되고, 상기카울프론트판넬(10)의 타측 하단부는 차량의 내측으로 절곡되며 내삽되어 로우얼카울(30)의 일측부가 취부되며, 상기 로우얼카울(30)의 타측부는 대쉬판넬(40)의 일측부에 취부되고, 상기 대쉬판넬(40)의 타측단부는 크로스프론트판넬(50)의일측부에 취부되고, 상기 크로스프론트판넬(50)의 타측부는 플로어(20)의 일측단부에 폐단면을 갖도록 취부된 플로어보강판(70)에 취부됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 전면부 취부구조.
