Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 사이드 실 결합구조에 관한 것으로 사이드 실 내부에 완충부재와 보강빔 및 전방 부강부재를 구비하고, 센터 플로워 패널 하부에 굴곡부를 형성한 하부 보강부재를 구비하며 와이어 링 통과부를 사이드 실 인너 패널 상부에 형성하도록 사이드 실과의 결합구조를 개선함으로 충분한 충격흡수가 가능하며 차체의 강성을 유지하도록 한 자동차의사이드 실 결합구조에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 자동차의 차체골조를 나타낸 사시도, 제2도는 종래 사이드 실의 결합상태 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 사이드 결합상태 단면도, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 사이드 실의 분해사시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 센터 플로워 패널(20)의 양측단부가 절곡되어 사이드 실(21)의 하단부를 지지하고 있으며, 상기 사이드 실(21)은 사이드 실 아웃 패널(22)과 사이드 실 인너 패널(23)이 융착고정되며 내부에는 별도의 보강부재(24)가 융착고정된자동차 사이드 실(21)구조를 형성함에 있어서, 사이드 실 아웃 패널(11)의 뒷면에 전방 보강부재(15)의 굴곡부(15a)에 융착고정된 보강빔(14)이 결합되는 홈(13a)을 형성한 완충부재(13)가 접착실러에 의하여 고정되고, 상기 전방 보강부재(15)는 연장 절곡되어 일단 이 센터 플로워 패널(16)의 상부면에 융착고정된 사이드 실 인너 패널(12)의 타단과, 하부에 오목한 굴골부(17a)를 형성한 하부 보강부재(17)가 융착고정된 센터 플로워 패널(16)의 양단 및 사이드 실 아웃 패널(11)의 양단이 융착고정되어 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 사이드 실 결합구조.
