Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 도어 보강구조에 관한 것으로서, 도어 외측패널의 내측면과 멤버 브라켓의 상단부 밑면에 중공부를 가지는 도어 임팩트 멤버를 고정 설치하고, 상기 도어 임팩트 멤버의 중공부 양측단부위에는 임팩트 빔이 좌우로 설치되며, 이 임팩트 빔 사이에는 임팩트 빔을 연결 지지하면서 탄성력을 가지는 압축 스프링을 고정 설치함으로서, 도어 임팩트 멤버의 강성을 증대시키고, 충격 흡수력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 자동차의 도어 보강구조를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차 도어 외측 패널(12) 양측 끝단에 고정된 브라켓(14)의 밑면과 도어 외측 패널(12)의 내측면에 중공부(16)를 갖는 도어 임팩트 멤버가(15)가 고정 설치되는 자동차 리어 도어 측면 보강구조에 있어서, 상기 도어 임팩트 멤버(25)의 중공부(26) 좌우 측단부에 일정 길이의 임팩트 빔(28)이 삽입 설치되고, 임팩트 빔(28) 사이에는 압축 스프링(27)이 좌우의 임팩트 빔(28)을 연결 지지하는 구조로 수납되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 도어 임팩트 멤버 설치구조.
