Abstract

본 발명은 도어 임펙트 빔 장착용 브라켓에 관한 것으로서, 자동차의 측면 충돌시 그 충격력을 1차로 감쇄하기 위하여 일측이 도어바디(1)에 고정된 고정부(10a)와, 그 타측에 임팩트 빔(3)을 고정하도록 안착면(10c)이 구비된 안착부(10d)가 구비되는데, 상기 안착부(10d)의 일측은 안착면(10c)의 원을 따라 외측으로 돌출되는 다수개의 토러스(10e)구조로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 토러스가 형성되어 있지 않은 상기 안착면(10c)의 끝단부에는 임팩트 빔(3)이 고정되는 형식으로 된 도어 임팩트 빔 장착용 브라켓을 제공함으로써, 자동차 측면 충돌로 인한 임팩트 빔과 도어의 차실내부 침입량을 격감시켜 탑승자의 안전을 도모하도록 한 것이다.

제2도는 본 발명의 브라켓과 임팩트 빔이 장착된 구조를 나타내는 사시도이고,
제3도는 본 발명의 브라켓과 임팩트 빔이 장착된 구조를 나타내는 단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 도어 임팩트 빔 장착용 브라켓에 있어서, 일측이 도어바디(1)에 고정된 고정부(10a)와, 그 타측에 임팩트 빔(3)을 고정하도록 안착면(10c)이 구비된 안착부(10d)가 구비되는데, 상기 안착부(10d)의 일측은 안착면(10c)의 원을 따라 외측으로 돌출되는 다수개의 토러스(10e)구조로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 토러스가 형성되지 있지 않은 상기 안착면(10c)의 끝단부에는 임팩트 빔(3)이 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도어 임팩트 빔 장착용 브라켓.
