Abstract

본 발명은 승용차의 측면충돌시 차체의 변형을 줄여 인체의 상해치를 줄이기 위한 승용차의 리어 도어 임팩트빔에 관한 것으로, 더 상세히는 빔의 후단을 리어 도어의 강한 부위에 고정시킴으로써 승용차의 측면충돌시 차체의 침입량을 줄여 승객을 보호할수 있도록 하는 승용차의 리어 도어 임팩트빔에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 리어 도어(10) 내부에 하나의 빔(B)을 설치하여서 된 승용차의 리어 도어 임팩트빔에 있어서, 상기 빔(B)을 경사지게 배치하되, 빔(B)의 후단을 차체의 사이드 실 패널(20)과 중첩되는 위치에 고정시키며, 상기 빔(B)의 후단과 대응되는 위치가 되도록 차체의 사이드 아우터 패널(30)과 상기 사이드 실 패널(20) 사이에 레이퍼스먼트 패널(50)을 더 부착시킨 것에 특징이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 리어 도어 내부에 하나의 빔을 설치하여서 된 승용차의 리어 도어 임팩트빔에 있어서, 상기 빔을 경사지게 배치하되, 빔의 후단을 차체의 사이드 실 패널과 중첩되는 위치에 고정시키며, 상기 빔의 후단과 대응되는 위치가 되도록 차체의 사이드 아우터 패널과 상기 사이드 실 패널 사이에 레이퍼스먼트 패널을 더 부착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 승용차의 리어 도어 임팩트빔.
