Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 측면충돌(SIDE IMPACT)시 리어도어 하단의 충격 흡수 증대와 실내 침입량을 줄여 실내승객에 가해지는 직, 간접 충격량을 줄이고자 한 자동차 리어도어의 보강구조에 관한 것으로, 도어아웃터판넬(11)과 도어이너판넬(12)이 결합되는 리어도어(10)에 있어서, 상기 리어도어(10)의 내부 하단에 그 중앙 내부로 중공부(21)가 구비된 보강멤버(20)를 내장하고, 상기 도어이너판넬(12)의 하부에서 상기 보강멤버(20)의 중공부(21)로 클립(30)을 관통시켜, 도어이너판넬(12)상에 보강멤버(20)가 클립(30)에 의해 고정되도록 구성한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 도어아웃터판넬(11)과 도어이너판넬(12)이 결합되는 리어도어(10)에 있어서, 상기 리어도어(10)의 내부 하단에 그 중앙 내부로 중공부(21)가 구비된, 보강멤버(20)를 내장하고, 상기 도어이너판넬(12)의 하부에서 상기 보강멤버(20)의 중공부(21)로 클립(30)을 관통시켜, 도어이너판넬(12)상에 보강멤버(20)가 클립(30)에 의해 고정 되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 리어도어의 보강구조.
