Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 도어의 임팩트빔에 관한 것으로서, 특히 자동차의 전면, 후면 및 측면충돌시 충격을 흡수하여 침입량을 최소화할 수 있는 자동차용 도어의 임팩트빔에 관한 것이다. 자동차의 측면부에 구비된 보강패널 양측에 고정되어 외부의 충격을 흡수완화시키는 사이드임팩트빔이 설치된 도어에 있어서, 상기 사이드임팩트빔(10)의 상·하부에 길이방향으로 설치되며, 양측이 각각 상기 보강패널(14)에 고정되는 상부사이드 임팩트빔(20) 및 하부사이드임팩트빔(30)과, 상기 사이드임팩트빔(10)과 상부사이드임팩트빔(20) 및 하부사이드임팩트빔(30)사이에 수직방향으로 설치되며, 양측이 각각 상부사이드임팩트빔(20) 및 하부사이드임팩트빔(30)사이에 등간격으로 고정되는 수개의 리브빔(40)을 구비하여 자동차를 보호하고, 승객의 안전을 보호할 수 있는 것은 물론 교통사고에 따른 인명피해를 최소화할 수 있는 효과를 갖는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 측면부에 구비된 보강패널 양측에 고정되어 외부의 충격을 흡수완화시키는 사이드임팩트빔이 설치된 도어에 있어서, 상기 사이드임팩트빔의 상·하부에 길이방향으로 설치되며, 양측이 각각 상기 보강패널에 고정되는 상부사이드임팩트빔 및 하부사이드임팩트빔과, 상기 사이드임팩트빔과 상부사이드임팩트빔 및 하부사이드임팩트빔사이에 수직방향으로 설치되며, 양측이 각각 상부사이드임팩트빔 및 하부사이드임팩트빔사이에 등간격으로 고정되는 수개의 리브빔을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어의 임팩트빔.
