Abstract

본 발명은 수동트랜스미션의 기어시프트제어장치에 있어서, 시프트체인지의 조작성에 지장을 초래하는 일이 없이 확실히 오조작을 방지할 수 있는 변속기의 조작장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한것으로서, 그 구성에 있어서 시프트레버(11)와 변속기의 제어측(22)이 시프트케이블(17) 및 선택케이블(16)에 의해서 조작가능하게 연결되고, 제어축(22)에 시프트핑거(26)가 고정연결되는 한편, 전진 및 후퇴용 시프트레일(27)(28)(29)(30)에 각각 시프트핑거(26)에 맞물리는 시프트러그(31)(32)(33)(34)가 고정연결된 변속기의 조작장치로서, 제어축(22)에 볼록플레이트(35)를 장착하는 한편, 후퇴용 시프트레일(30)을 선택하기 위한 제어축(22)의 이동시에 볼록플레이트(35)가 압압이동시키는 디텐트핀(36)을 설치해서 이 디텐트핀(36)에 볼록플레이트(35)의 급속조작시에는 저항력이 크게 또한 완속조작시에는 저항력이 작게되는 충격흡수기(38)를 장착하는 것을 특징으로 한것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 차실내에 배설된 시프트선택조작 가능한 조작레버와, 동 조작레버의 시프트 및/또는 선택조작에 의해 조작되는, 변속기에 지지된 제어축과, 상기 제어측의 작동에 따라서 전진 및 후퇴단을 달성하는 변속단달성기구를 가진 차량용 변속기의 조작장치에 있어서, 상기 제어축에 장착된 볼록플레이트와, 상기 변속기의 하우징에 장착되고, 상기 후퇴단선택시에 상기 볼록플케이트가 압압하는 디텐트핀과, 동 디텐트핀의 이동을 규제하는 동시에, 상기 볼록플레이트의 급조작시에는 저항력 이 크게 또한 완조작시에는 저항력이 작게되는 저항부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 조작장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저항부재는 유압댐퍼로 이루어지고, 상기 조작장치는 또 상기 변속기의 하우징에 장착되고, 상기 디텐트핀 및 상기 유압댐퍼를 지지하는 지지체를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 조작장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 가기 유압댐퍼는, 상기 디텐트핀이 당접되는 피스톤로드와, 동피스톤로드를 이동자재하게 내포지지하는 케이스부재로 이루어지고, 동 케이스부재의 내주부가 상기 피스톤로드가 압입되는 방향으로 향해서 직경축소된 테이퍼형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 조작장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 퍼스톤로드는 상기 케이스부재의 직경축소축단부에 플랜지부가 형성되고, 동 플랜지부와 상기 케이스부재의 테이퍼형상 내주부와의 사이에서 오리퍼스를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 조작장치.
