Abstract

본 발명은 하기식(1) :
(상기식에서, Q는 탄소수 4∼20인 지환식 구조-함유 탄화수소기이고; R1,R2,R3,R4, Ri및 Rj각각은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소수 1∼6의 탄화 수소기 또는 탄소수 1∼6의 할로겐-함유 탄화 수소기이며; a,b,c,d,e 및 f 각각은 a+b≤4, c+d≤이고 e+f≤4의 조건을 만족하는 0∼4의 정수를 나타내고; D는 에틸렌계 불포화 이중결합을 갖는 탄소수 2∼24의 2가 유기기이다)로 표시되는 불포화 이미드 화합물, 일반식(1)의 불포화 이미드 화합물의 제조방법 및 일반식(1)의 불포화 아미드 화합물의 제조를 위한 중간체에 관한 것이다. 일반식(1)의 불포화 이미드 화합물은 유기 용매에 잘 용해되고, 내열성, 저흡수성 및 유연성이 우수한 경화 제품을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (14)

  1. 하기식(1)로 나타내는 불포화 이미드 화합물:
    상기식에서, Q는 탄소수 4∼20인 지환식 구조-함유 탄화 수소기이고; R1,R2,R3,R4,Ri및 Rj각각은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소수 1∼6의 탄화 수소기 또는 탄소수 1∼6의 할로겐-함유 탄화 수소기이며; a,b,c,d,e 및 f 각각은 a+b≤4, c+d≤이고 e+f≤4의 조건을 만족하는 0∼4의 정수를 나타내고; D는 에틸렌계 불포화 이중 결합을 갖는 탄소수 2∼24의 2가 유기기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1)중의 Q가 하기식(a),(b) 또는 (c)로 나타내는 기인 불포화 이미드 화합물:
  3. 하기식(2)로 나타내는 디아미노 화합물을 하기식(3)으로 나타내는 불포화 디카르복실산 무수물과 반응시켜, 하기식(4)로 나타내는 암산화합물을 얻은 다음, 산 촉매의 존재하에서 비양자성 극성 용매하에 암산 화합물을 가열시켜 탈수-폐환반응을 야기시키는 과정을 포함하는 일반식(1)로 나타내는 불포화 이미드 화합물의 제조방법:
    (상기식에서, Q,R1,R2,R3,R4,Ri,Rj,D,a,b,c,d,e 및 f는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다).
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 일반식(2)의 디아미노 화합물이, 일반식(6)으로 나타내는 비스페놀을 일반식(7)로 나타내는 니트로벤젠 유도체와 반응시켜 얻어진 일반식(5)의 디니트로 화합물을 환원하여 제조되는 방법.
    (상기식에서, Q,R1,R2,R3,R4,Ri,Rj,D,a,b,c,d,e 및 f는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, X는 할로겐원자 또는 니트로기이다).
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 일반식(7)의 니트로벤젠 유도체가 비양자성 극성 용매하에서 일반식(6)의 비스페놀과 반응시켜 일반식(5)의 디니트로 화합물을 함유하는 혼합물을 얻은 다음; 일반식(5)의 디니트로 화합물을 분리하지 않고, 얻어진 혼합물 자체에 환원 과정을 행하여 일반식(2)의 디아미노 화합물을 함유하는 혼합물을 얻고; 일반식(2)의 디아미노 화합물을 분리하지 않고, 얻어진 혼합물 자체를 일반식(3)의 불포화 디카르복실산 무수물과 반응시키는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 일반식(2)의 디아미노 화합물을 일반식(3)의 불포화 디카르복실산 무수물과 반응시켜 얻어진 일반식(4)의 암산 화합물의 아미드화 반응을 2단계로 수행하는데, 제1단계에서는, 산촉매의 존재하에 60∼120℃의 온도에서 암산 산화물에 예비적 반응을 행하면서 형성된 물을 공비 탈수에 의하여 계외로 제거하고, 제2단계에서는 120℃이상의 온도에서 제1단계에서 얻어진 반응 혼합물에 반응을 행하면서 형성된 물을 공비 탈수에 의하여 제거하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 이미드화 반응이 물과 함께 공비 증류될수 있는 비양자성 극성용매와 하나 이상의 유기용매로 구성된 혼합 용매하에서 수행되고, 제1단계 반응이 감압하에 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 일반식(3)의 불포화 디카르복실산 무수물이 말레산 무수물이고, 이미드화 반응이 비양자성 극성 용매와 할로겐화 방향족 탄화수소의 혼합용매하에 수행되는 방법.
  9. 필수 성분으로서, (a) 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식(1)의 불포화 이미드 화합물 및 (b)경화 촉진제를 함유하는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  10. 필수성분으로서, (a) 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식(1)의 불포화 이미드 화합물, (b) 경화 촉진제, (c) 에폭시 수지 및 (d) 에폭시 수지경화제를 함유하는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  11. 제9항에서 정의한 바와 같은 열경화성 수지 조성물로 봉합된 전자부품.
  12. 제10항에서 정의한 바와 같은 열경화성 수지 조성물로 봉합된 전자부품.
  13. 하기 일반식(5)로 나타내는 디니트로 화합물:
    (상기식에서, Q,R1,R2,R3,R4,Ri,Rj,a,b,c,d,e 및 f는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다).
  14. 하기 일반식(2)로 나타내는 디아미노 화합물:
    (상기식에서, Q,R1,R2,R3,R4,Ri,Rj,a,b,c,d,e 및 f는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다).
