Abstract

본 발명은, 차량의 서스펜션장치에 관한 것이며, 특히 노면으로부터의 소정의 주파수의 전동입력을 효과적으로 취소할 수 있는 서스펜션장치에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성에 있어서, 본 서스펜션제어시스템은, 스프링상부질량의 가속도신호 ym을 피이드백제어하는 경로(passage)와, 스프링하부질량의 가속도신호 yL를 튜닝회로(71)에 인도해서, FIR 필터의 개인을 복귀하는 경로로 이루워진다. 이 시스템의 특징은 기준주파수(10∼12Hz근방)에 가까운 노면입력 ym에 대해서는, 이 ym을 취소하는 방향으로 작용하도록 튜닝이 행하여지는 것이다. 그 결과, 스프링상부질량이 기준주파수(10∼12Hz근방)에 가까운 노면입력 ym에 대해서 다이나믹뎀퍼로서 작용을 하나, 그 이외의 주파수영 역에서는 튜닝회로 (71)로부터의 가산기 (61)에의, 출력은 거의 0으로 되고, 통상의 스카이훅제어가 행하여진다. 스프링상부질량이 다이내믹댐퍼로서 작용하여도, 스프링상부질량은 스프링하부질량에 비해서 질량에서 압도적으로 우수하므로 불필요한 공진은 발생하지 않기 때문이다.

제8도는 실시예의 제어원리를 설명하는 도면.

Claims (10)

  1. 차량의 주행상태를 표시하는 신호를, 차량의 스프링상부질량과 스프링하부질량사이에 설치된 진동완충장치에 피이드백해서 서스펜션특성을 변경제어하도록한 서스펜션장치로서, 상기 스프링하부질량의 공진을 유발하게 하는 노면으로부터의 진동에 상당하는 기준신호를 생성하는 생성수단과, 상기 기준신호와 상기 주행상태신호를 입력하는 필터수단과, 상기 필터출력을 입력해서 상기 기준신호에 상당하는 노면진동성분을 저감하도록 제어하는 피이드포워드제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서스펜션장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주행상태신호는 차고의 가속도신호이고, 이 서스펜션장치는, 또 상기 가속도신호를 입력해서 상기 가속도신호와 역위상의 제어신호를 생성하는 피이드백수단을 가지고, 상기 피이드포워드제어수단의 출력신호는 상기 피이드백제어수단의 출력에 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서스펜션장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준신호는 주기신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서스펜션장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주기신호는 정현파인 것을 특징으로하는 차량의 서스펜션장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주기신호의 주기는 10∼12Hz인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서스펜션장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터수단의 동작을 상기 입력된 주행상태신호에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서스펜션장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 주행상태 신호가 소정의 조건을 표시한때에, 상기 피이드포워드제어수단의 동작을 금지하는 금지수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서스펜션장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동 완충장치는 유압실린더와 그 유압실린더에 공급되는 유입량을 제어하는 제어회로를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서스펜션장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동완충장치는, 유체실린더와 그 실린더내를 통과하는 유체저항을 제어하는 부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서스펜션장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터수단은, 스프링하부질량의 속도신호와 상기 기준신호를 입력해서 튜닝신호를 생성하는 회로를 구비하고 상기 피이드포워드수단은, 상기 튜닝신호와 스프링상부질량의 속도신호를 입력해서, 상시 스프링상부질량의 속도성분이 취소되도록 피이드포워드인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서스펜션장치.
