Abstract
집관렌즈에 의해 레이저비임이 조사된 피가공부로부터 비산된 스패터 (SPATTER)가 집광렌즈와 피가공부의 사이에 배열된 보호유리에 부착되는 현상을 방지한다.
피가공부(30)에 집광된 레이저비임을 조사하는 집광렌즈(20)와 피가공부(30)의 집광렌즈(20)에 대한 상대이동방향으로 향해서 뚫린 분사구(23b)로 부터 피가공부(30)에 불활성가스를 공급하는 가스송출장치(23)과 피가공부(30)에 조사된 레이저비임의 광축에 대해서 경사진 방향으로 향해서 뚫린 분사구(22b)로부터 피가공부(30)과 집광렌즈(20)과의 사이에 공기커텐을 형성하는 공기를 분사하는 공기송출장치(22)등을 갖춘다.

Claims (4)
- 핀가공부(30)에 집광된 레이저비임을 조사하는 집광렌즈(20)와 상기한 피가공부의 집광렌즈(20)에 대한 상대이동방향을 향해서 뚫린 분사구를 가지고, 그 분사구로부터 상기한 피가공부에 불활성가스를 공급하는 가스송출장치(23)와 상기한 피가공부에 조사된 레이저비임의 광축에 대해 경사지게 뚫린 분사구(22b)를 가지고, 그 분사구로부터 상기한 피가공부(30)와 집광렌즈(20)와의 사이에 공기커텐을 형성하는 공기를 분사하는 공기송출장치(22)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저가공용토치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공기송출장치(22)에서 분사구가 상기한 피가공부(30)에 조사된 레이저비임의 광축에 직교하는 방향으로 뻗은 슬리트형으로 된것을 특징으로 하는 레이저가공용토치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공기송출장치(22)가 상기한 슬리트형분사구를 여러개 가지며, 그 여러개의 슬리트형분사구가 상기한 피가공부(30)에 조사된 레이저비임의 광축에 따른 방향으로 배열된것을 특징으로 하는 레이저가공용토치.
- 제1,2 혹은 3항에 있어서, 공기송출장치(22)의 분사구(22b)로부터 분사된 공기의 주위를 둘러싼 커버부재(21)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저가공용토치.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
