Abstract
압연기의 재성형 스테이션은 링이 낙하하여 코일 형태로 적층되는 환형 챔버를 갖고 있다. 안내 부재는 링 또는 루프의 하강 경로를 둘러싸는 원형 경로에 대해 회전하고 있다. 이 안내 부재는 적층되는 코일의 원주 둘레로 하강하는 링을 분배하는 쟁기 보습(plow share)의 일반적인 형태인 3차원 굴곡진 안내 표면을 갖는다.

Claims (3)
- 이송 장치로부터 수직 경로를 따라 하강하는 일련의 루프를 수납하고, 수납된 루프를 환형 코일의 형태로 적층시키고, 루프가 하강함에 따라 루프를 수평으로 분배하기 위한 장치에 있어서, a)상기 수직 경로를 둘러싸는 원형 경로를 한정하는 수단과, (7)중공 역 원추형 내부 표면의 일부분으로 형성된 3차원으로 굴곡진 안내 표면을 갖고 상기 안내 표면이 원형 경로의 일부분을 따라 전단부에서 후단부로 연장되는 상부 모서리와, 상기 후단부로 부터 하단부로 하항 연장되는 후연부와. 상기 하단부에서 위 방항으로 그리고 상기 후연부에 대해 각도를 형성하여 상기 전단부로 연장되는 전연부를 갖는 동시에, 하강하는 루프에 접촉되도록 하강하는 루프를 상기 원형 경로로로부터 멀리 수평으로 편향시키도록 구성된 안내 부재와, 7)적층되는 환형 코일의 중심축 주위로 편항된 루프를 외주연 방항으로 분배시키기 위하여 상기 원형 경로 주위로 상기 안내 부재를 회전시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원형 경로가 환형 코일이 그속에서 적층되는 원통형 외피의 상단부를 한정하고. 상기 전단부가 상기 외피의 내경과 같은 제1거리만큼 상기 외피의 반대쪽 내부 표면으로부터 이격되고, 상기 하단부가 상기 제1거리보다 작은 제2거리만큼 상기 외피의 반대쪽 내부 표면으로부터 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 안내 부재가 상기 루프를 수납하기 위한 환형 챔버를 한정하도록 상호 작용하기 위하여 상기 외피 내의 중앙에 배치되고, Da상기 챔버의 외경, Db를 상기 챔버의 내겅. 그리고 C를 간격 상수라고 할때, 상기 제2거리(d2)가로 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
