Abstract
Rueda voladora con energía almacenada que comprende una llanta, que es un anillo substancialmente circular, montada en una parte central, caracterizada por el hecho que la parte central coprende a lo menos un órgano ahuecado substancialmente circular que tiene un módulo específico que es menor que el módulo específico de la llanta, el órgano ahuecado estando curvado de modo tal que la velocidad rotacional tiende a deformarlo, enderezando la curva, aumentado de este modo el diámetro del órgano.
