Abstract

공지된 방법에 의해 제조된 비드형 팽윤성 스티렌 중합체는 여전히 비교적 다량의 벤젠을 함유한다. 본 발명의 방법에 따라 벤젠 농도가 매우 낮은 스티렌 중합체를 제조할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따라 제조되는 스티렌 중합체를 발포시켜 발포입자를 제조한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 제2온도단계에서 사용되는 개시제가 지방족 또는 지환족 퍼케탈 또는 모노퍼옥시카보네이트임을 특징으로 하여, 수성 현탁액 속에서 2개의 이상한 온도단계로 비드형 팽윤성 스티렌 단독중합체 또는 공중합체를 불연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 퍼케탈이 2,2-비스(3급-부틸퍼옥시)부탄 또는 1,1-서비스(3급-부틸퍼옥시)사이클로헥산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 모노퍼옥시카보네이트가 2-에틸헥실 3급-아밀 퍼옥시카보네이트 또는 2-에틸헥실 3급-부틸 퍼옥시카보네이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 디벤조일 퍼옥사이드가 제2온도단계에서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중합이 제1단계에서는 80 내지 90℃에서 수행되고 제2단계에서는 105 내지 130℃에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
