Abstract

최소한 두개의 중합반응기를 사용하여, 일부의 올레핀을 임의로 치환된 비스(시클로펜타디엔일)크롬으로 이루어지는 촉매의 존재하에 한 반응기에서 중합하고, 중합체와 촉매를 함유하는 조성물을 이 반응기에서 제거하고, 조성물과 다른 일부의 올레핀을 다른 반응기에 주입하고, 수소를 치소한 하나의 반응기에 주입하여서 하는 최소한 하나의 올레핀의 중합법.

Claims (12)

  1. 최소한 두개의 중합반응기를 사용하여, 일부의 올레핀을 촉매의 존재하에 한 반응기에 주입하고, 중합체와 촉매로 이루어지는 조성물을 이 반응기에서 제거하고, 조성물과 다른 일부의 올레핀을 다른 반응기에 주입하고, 수소를 최소한 하나의 반응기에 주입하여서 하는 최소한 하나의 올레핀의 중합법에 있어서, 무기산화물 지지체에서 임의로 치환된 비스(시클로펜타디엔일)크롬을 촉매로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 상기 중합법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 보조촉매없이, 무기산화물 지지체에서 임의로 치환된 비스(시클로펜타디엔일)크롬으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 중합법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비치환비스(시클로펜타디엔일)크롬을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 중합법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기산화물이 실리카임을 특징으로 하는 중합법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소를 연속적으로 반응기에 주입함을 특징으로 하는 중합법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서 두 반응기중 단 하나에 수소를 공급함을 특징으로 하는 중합법.
  7. 제7항에 있어서, 수소를 두 반응기에 주입하고, 한 반응기에서의 수소양과 올레핀양의 비율이 다른 반응기에서의 이 비율과 다르게 함을 특징으로 하는 중합법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀이 에틸렌임을 특징으로 하는 중합법.
  9. 중량이 15%인 최대 올리고머 함량과 10-60의 Mw/Mn비율의 다양한 분자량 분포를 갖고, 0.1-1.000g/분의 다른 용융지수의 블록을 갖는 최소한 하나의 올레핀에서 유도된 블록(공)중합체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 올리고머 함량이 0.5-5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 (공)중합체.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합법에 의하여 이를 얻음을 특징으로 하는 (공)중합체.
  12. 제9항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌임을 특징으로 하는 (공)중합체.
